Shinsuke Nakamura Wants To Face Top WWE Superstar, Clarification On His Significant WWE NXT Pay

- As noted earlier via The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, former IWGP Heavyweight Champion Shinsuke Nakamura looks to be the first WWE NXT Superstar to make main event level or main roster money.

In an update, Dave Meltzer clarified Nakamura's pay on Wrestling Observer Live today and while Nakamura won't be making the millions of dollars that main event stars like John Cena or Randy Orton, he will be making main roster talent money.

On a related note, Nakamura mentioned at his WWE press conference last weekend that he was interested in facing Brock Lesnar again. The two faced off for Lesnar's IWGP Heavyweight Title back on January 4th, 2006 but Lesnar retained. Nakamura later trained with Lesnar. You can see video from their match above.
