WWE NXT Live Event Results From Orlando (2/25): Finn Balor & Bayley Team, American Alpha, Emma, More

Thanks to Tara and Tom for the following WWE NXT live event results from tonight's show in Orlando, Florida:

From Tom:

* Apollo Crews beat Manny Andrade. Very strong opening match with a lot of high impact moves and some near falls. Crews won by pinfall

* Aliyah and Liv Morgan beat Billie Kay and Peyton Royce. A lot of action from Aliyah and Billie Kay to start with. Both teams played their parts well and Liv Morgan very popular. She eventually got the pinfall

* Levis Valenzuela beat Chris Girard. Long match with back and forth action and some attempted submissions by Girard. Valenzuela got the fall

We then moved into a short segment from Hugo Knox, telling the crowd he was going to become a more serious player in NXT and took on a more arrogant role.

* There was then a 4 way tag team elimination to decide number 1 contenders to take on The Revival at the next show. The contenders were The Vaudevillains, Enzo & Cass (with Carmella), Blake and Murphy (with Alexa) and American Alpha. Enzo and Cass were eliminated first, then the Vaudevillains and Gable/Jordan eventually beat Blake and Murphy via pinfall. A long match with all 4 teams getting a lot of crowd interaction.

* Emma beat Daria by submission in a short match. Emma continued after the bell but Asuka came in for the save.

* Sami Zayn beat Elias Samson. Very good match with Samson initially in charge but Zayn coming back to get the win through pinfall. Another long match but good.

* Main Event. Finn Balor and Bayley beat Samoa Joe and Nia Jax. Unusual main event but worked well with Balor pinning Joe. Most of the match was Joe and Balor with some good action from Nia Jax and Bayley. After the match, Bayley and Balor danced to the theme from Dirty Dancing.

From Tara:

* Apollo Crews defeated Manny Andrade. These two are so good it's crazy, really bright futures in WWE. The former La Sombra worked as a heel and looked strong

* Levis Valenzuela defeated Christopher Girard in a good physical match

* Aliyah and Liv Morgan defeated Billie Kay and Peyton Royce in a solid Divas match. Liv got the hot tag and a good pop for it, she definitely looked the best

* Hugo Knox cut a heel promo in the ring and he's no longer dancing but still had some puzzled followers

* Chad Gable and Jason Jordan defeated Blake and Murphy, The Vaudevillains, Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady in a Fatal 4 Way Elimination Match. American Alpha earned the right to face NXT Tag Team Champions Dash and Dawson tomorrow night in Largo. Enzo was pinned to eliminate his team first, Jordan pinned Aiden English to get the second pin and then they hit the assisted suplex for the win. Great match, Gable and Jordan are really over. Gable stole the show in this match

* Emma defeated Daria Berenato. More heat for The Jersey Devil and Emma was awesome in the ring as usual. She made Daria tap with the Emma Lock and put it back on after the match until Asuka made the save to a pop

* Sami Zayn defeated Elias Samson. Sami was over big time like always and Elias did a good job at drawing heat. Samson controlled most of the match, which got him most of the heat

* NXT Champion Finn Balor and NXT Women's Champion Bayley defeated Nia Jax and Samoa Joe in a really good main event. Bayley and Nia have good chemistry and story-telling, like we saw in their Takeover match. Balor ended up hitting Bloody Sunday on Joe for the win. After the match, the champions celebrated, danced and hugged for a really fun end to the show
