Eric Young Wrestling First Post-TNA Match, James Storm On The WWE NXT Locker Room, Abyss News

- Eric Young will be making his first wrestling appearance since receiving his TNA release this past weekend at United Professional Wrestling Association's Meltdown 2016 this Saturday night at the National Guard Armory in Wilmington, NC. He will be challenging former WCW star The Stro for the UPWA Championship. Also appearing will be Velvet Jones, The Gorilla Squad, Cruiserweight Champion Mo Hill, LA Tank, Sinister and others. Doors open at 7pm, bell time is 7:30. Tickets are only $15 in advance and $20 at the door. For more information, go to theupwa.com

During the interview, his talked about the NXT locker room reminding him of TNA in the early years "because it's full of young guys with chips on their shoulders, who want to prove that they belong up there." He also talked about the WWE Performance Center.

"The Performance Center is just ridiculously well set up," Storm said. "I really wish I'd had something like that when I was training. They have everything available to mankind for those guys right there, they have interview staff, trainers, doctors, weight rooms.They really have everything."
