- Ring Of Honor announcer Kevin Kelly has teased that there's a big announcement coming on Thursday. Kelly also does the English-language announcing for the NJPW PPV broadcasts.

- All Japan Pro Wrestling star Joe Doering revealed this week that he's battling brain cancer. The 33-year old former Triple Crown Champion had surgery to remove a brain tumor earlier this month, and will begin both chemotherapy and radiation treatment next week.
