Comedy Show Takes Shots At Roman Reigns (Video), Reigns And The Usos Respond
On last night's episode of @midnight, host Chris Hardwick took some shots at Roman Reigns' taste in jeans. Hardwick said that Reigns' name sounded like a "Pompeian porn star" and brought up a photo of Reigns sporting denim jeans from the Ad Council's Fatherhood PSA above. Hardwick talked about people on Twitter ripping on the photo, with one person tweeting, "Lost custody of your kids denim."
Hardwick turned to comedians Tony Hale, Reid Scott and Timothy Simons to say something nice and cheer Reigns up. Simons had a great line, saying that you could wear the jeans anywhere, like a Smashmouth concert or to the courthouse "when you have to register as a sex offender."
Reigns and The Usos responded to the segment on Twitter, writing:
