Wrestling Inc. reader Charlie B. also noted that Samoa Joe won the NXT Championship in the same city where he won the TNA World Heavyweight Championship nearly 8 years ago. Joe defeated Kurt Angle for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship at Lockdown in Lowell, Massachusetts on April 13, 2008 in a "Six Sides of Steel" match.

- Alfred Konuwa's latest video blog at Forbes looks at Conor McGregor's problems with the UFC. Konuwa says that WWE should sign McGregor immediately if they can. There have been a lot of mainstream articles about McGregor ending up with WWE based on Becky Lynch tweeting him and writing, "#ComeJoinMeBro." According to Metro, betting site BWin.com has McGregor at 2-1 to join WWE before the end of the year. Everyone seems to be forgetting that McGregor is under contract to the UFC and is in his prime. Dana White releasing McGregor would be akin to WWE releasing John Cena.
