John Cena On If The Rock Forgets What WWE Has Done For Him, Mauro Icardi Meets WWE Stars, More

- As noted, John Cena has been hitting the media rounds to promote American Grit, which premiered last night on FOX. He recently spoke to The Wrap and talked about his one-time rival, The Rock. When discussing the Rock's success outside of wrestling, Cena said that "he can only hope to be mentioned in the same conversation as him," and praised Rock for continuing to return to WWE.

"Dwayne [Johnson] never forgets the passionate fans of the WWE, never forgets what the WWE did for him as a human being," Cena said. "He's a stand-up guy, and the fact he's succeeded in so many ventures in life and still always finds his way back 'home' ? as I like to say ? it's extremely impressive, it speaks volumes of him and his character."

- The Boston Herald has an article looking at American Grit here. The wrote the following about last night's season premiere:

The premiere ends in a satisfying manner, so much so, it just screams rigged, but of course, Fox wouldn't do that, would it? Blame overzealous editing. TV justice has never seemed so sweet.

- ESPN FC and Goal.com have stories about Argentine footballer and Inter Milan captain Mauro Icardi meeting Sheamus and Sasha Banks this week. You can check out a couple of photos of Icardi with both stars below:
