News On Kota Ibushi And Ricochet Possibly Coming To WWE, What They Could Be There For
During last night's NXT TakeOver: Dallas, WWE cameras showed former NJPW talent Kota Ibushi in the crowd.
Ibushi, who was also in town for his Kaiju Big Battel booking, left New Japan Pro Wrestling after sustaining a severe neck injury last year. Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio said that Ibushi's appearance on camera indicated that Ibushi has agreed to a deal with WWE/NXT.
Meltzer also says it's likely that Ibushi will be brought in for more than the Global Cruiserweight Series.

Meltzer also brought up Ricochet, who he said that we'll know in a week if he's coming to WWE. Ricochet, who is an IWGP Jr Heavyweight tag champion with Matt Sydal, defend their titles against Roppongi Vice. If they were to lose the titles, it could be an indication that he's WWE-bound.
Ricochet has a clause in his Lucha Underground deal that allows him to get out after the third season. At the latest Lucha Underground tapings, the company booked him in a manner in which they could get out of using him on TV.
