Seth Green On Vince McMahon In Camp WWE, Will WWE Stars Voice Their Own Characters?, New Video

USA Today recently spoke with actor Seth Green about the "Camp WWE" adult cartoon that premieres after Payback on the WWE Network. Green and his crew at Stoopid Buddy Stoodios are producing the cartoon.

Green commented on his favorite part about working on the series, working close with Vince McMahon:

"He takes directions very, very well. He's got a keen sense of understanding the comedy and the emotional disposition. I don't think girls between 14 and 29 are prepared for how much they're going to love Vince McMahon after they watch this cartoon."

Green also commented on working with John Cena's character for the show:

"We wanted to play with the can-do spirit of an 8-year-old who always has a shoulder for you to cry on and always has some encouraging message but also just gets annoying. He's great at everything in the show but the other campers are like, 'Ah, John, you know none of us like you, right?'"

It was also noted that most of the cast features actors playing young versions of current superstars like Roman Reigns, Sasha Banks, Kevin Owens, Becky Lynch, Seth Rollins and The Undertaker. However, they got Ric Flair, Sgt. Slaughter and Jake "The Snake" Roberts to voice their own animated characters.

You can check out a five minute behind-the-scenes featurette in the video above.
