Vince McMahon To Make Announcement At WWE Payback

Vince McMahon has been announced for Sunday's WWE Payback pay-per-view in Chicago, to announce who will rule RAW for good – Shane McMahon or Stephanie McMahon and Triple H.

Stephanie returned to WWE TV on tonight's RAW from Hartford, CT and made the announcement on Payback. Shane called Payback the first pay-per-view of a new era in WWE.
