Bellator MMA Strips Champion And Releases Big Talent, UFC Champion Signs New Contract, Cyborg Fight

- Invicta Featherweight Champion Cris "Cyborg" Justino made her UFC debut this past Saturday at UFC 198 is dominant fashion against Leslie Smith. UFC on Fox have released highlights of the bout, which is pretty much the entire fight. You can see the video above.

- Bellator MMA officially stripped the now-former Lightweight Champion Will Brooks of his title and released him from his contract this weekend. Brooks had requested his release from the company, as his contract was set to expire this Summer. Bellator also stripped Vitaly Minakov of the Heavyweight Championship after he didn't compete for Bellator in two years.

Michael Chandler vs. Patricky 'Pitbull' Friere will compete for the vacant Lightweight championship at Bellator: Dynamite 2 on June 24.

- UFC Flyweight Champion Demetrious "Mighty Mouse" Johnson announced on today's MMA Hour that he had re-signed with the UFC. The financials of the deal weren't mentioned, but Johnson said that his new contract is for 8 fights.
