Roman Reigns On Being "The" Guy In WWE, Learning Every Night, Feuding With AJ Styles, More (Video)

Above is this week's ESPN "Off The Top Rope" segment with Jonathan Coachman leading us to highlights from last night's Extreme Rules go-home edition of WWE RAW.

In the videos below, WWE World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns joins Coach for his second OTR appearance. Coach asked about WrestleMania 32 and Reigns said it was phenomenal and he's blessed to be able to headline back to back. Coach asked how Brock Lesnar and Triple H's styles differ on such a big stage. Reigns praised Triple H as a ring general and said Brock is just a Beast, it's rare he runs into someone as strong as him. Reigns said he thinks he did pretty good against both guys. Coach asked how much pressure Reigns feels to deliver every night as the top guy. Reigns said he is the guy around here, he shows up every single day and he's proud of it. Reigns said he's excited about the responsibility and about having his family on the road with him. Reigns said they're making history here.

Coach asked how the dynamic has changed with the new stars coming to the WWE roster. Reigns said there were a lot of old dogs, guys who were rooted in, when he came in but he's proud of how The Shield came up and put their roots down. Reigns said this is his house, his locker room and his arena but it's going to be a great situation for all the new talents coming in. Reigns said the most important thing for new talents to do is believe in yourself, know what you're doing, why you're doing it and just keep doing it.

Coach plugged Sunday's WWE Extreme Rules match against AJ Styles and asked what it's like facing someone the crowd has been waiting so long to root for. Reigns said it's a respect thing as AJ is a world traveler that has made his mark on many promotions but now he's in the company and this is Reigns' house. Reigns said hopefully he will come out on top at Extreme Rules. He said they have a great, competitive chemistry and they're looking at doing special things on Sunday. Coach asked Reigns about the crowd reactions and if he hears how they change depending on where WWE is at. Reigns said every night is a different night and that's the beauty of what they do. He said he's learning every single night and that's why he loves it, to learn, get better and progress. Reigns said he's going to continue to be the champ and the guy, and no one can touch him as long as he gets better.
