Bo Doesn't Know Brock Lesnar, NHL Champions Receive WWE Belt (Photo), Damian Slater On WWE CWC
- TMZ Sports recently caught up with crossover sports superstar Bo Jackson, which you can watch in the video above.. Lesnar recently compared himself to Jackson when he announced his return to the UFC, telling ESPN, "I'm a crossover athlete. I'm the modern-day Bo Jackson, people!" Bo told TMZ Sports that he doesn't watch the UFC, and he doesn't know who Lesnar is.
"I don't even know who Brock Lesnar is," Jackson said. "I don't watch [UFC and WWE]. If I didn't make money in it, I don't know nothing about it."
- As noted, WWE recently revealed all 32 names for the Cruiserweight Classic tournament, that starts taping on June 23rd at Full Sail. The Advertiser out of South Australia spoke with Damian Slater, who is the first South Australian to compete at a live WWE event. Slater talked about the importance of making an impact.
"I know this is an opportunity to stand out, but I also know that it's up to me to make the most of it," Slater said. "It's not like there's 32 contracts on offer ... it's a tough field to crack but there's no better experience nor exposure."
- The Pittsburgh Penguins received their new WWE replica belt, that was sent to them earlier this week after they won the Stanley Cup. They posted the photo below on their Twitter:
