Dean Ambrose Talks Winning WWE Championship At Money In The Bank, His Journey To The Title

As noted, Dean Ambrose won the WWE Money In The Bank ladder match and cashed in later that night, pinning newly crowned WWE Champion Seth Rollins to win the belt. In the video above, Ambrose, talked about winning the title.

"That's a long night! I had a lot of long nights, a whole lot of long nights," Ambrose said. "Twelve years, more miles traveled, more cars wrecked, sitting in the back of squad cars more times than I care to admit. A whole bunch of stuff that I can't talk about on a PG show. More bruises, breaks, more pain, more frustration than anybody can imagine that wears a tie, you know what I'm saying?

"But hey, we made it, you know? It's not me, it's not just me, it's all the people who supported me along the way, who helped me along the way, who stuck with me, the people who stuck with me [and] helped me stay alive! This is there's, this belongs to them. They know who they are and I say 'thank you' to them. Everybody else, everybody who wanted to write me off, well they can all kiss the champ's ass! We're sitting pretty on top of the mountain tonight, boys!"

Ambrose finished the promo with a crazy laugh and noting that he needed a drink.
