MAIN CARD (PAY-PER-VIEW)

The broadcast is opening with them showing the opening promos on a screen that enveloped the circumference of the Octagon.

Your main card opener is...

Cain Velasquez (#2) vs. Travis Browne (#7)
Round 1: Browne opens landing a right clean. Cain pressuring. Cain gets clinch but doesn't do much with it. Cain hits a spin kick, rocks Browne with punches?drops him! Cain is on top and this is the beginning of the end quite possibly with 90 seconds to go. Browne recovering maybe? But not really doing anything. They're up and Browne is becoming a punching bag. Easy takedown for Cain?Browne eating shots?and Big John McCarthy stops it with seconds to go.

Result: Cain Velasquez defeated Travis Browne by TKO (punches) Round 1, 4:57

We got the first promo for the Nate Diaz vs. Conor McGregor rematch at UFC 202 in six weeks, as well as a mention of this being the first UFC pay-per-view broadcast in 4K. Anyone watching that? If so, let us know how it is.

Up now:

Interim Featherweight Championship: Jose Aldo (#1) vs. Frankie Edgar (#2)

Round 1: Edgar is the first to throw. Nobody lands. Edgar gets a nice lead low kick in and the crowd is starting to get big into the "LET'S GO FRANKIE!" chants. Edgar finishes a nice combination with a kick and they're starting to engage more. Edgar single leg takedown attempt fails. Some really nice pressure from Edgar and right as I say that Aldo nails him with a 1-2. Brilliant knee to the body by Aldo. Great ending. WrestlingINC scores it 10-9 Aldo for landing the better shots.

Round 2: Frankie really opening up with kicks?and Aldo isn't. Aldo clearly content to let Edgar lead. Edgar starting to throw some half hearted high kicks. Aldo lands a nice right hook but then gets stumbled a bit by a combination. Goes without saying at this point but it's insane how good Aldo's takedown defense is with how deep Edgar gets on his hips. WrestlingINC goes 10-9 Aldo, so now we have it as 20-18 Aldo. He's looking fantastic on the counter and in transitions. Much more clear round than the first.

Round 3: After some nice combos, Edgar is pressing Aldo against the cage and kneeing his thighs. Not a bad change of pace strategy wise. And Aldo's out. Edgar looks to maybe buzz Aldo slightly in an exchange and is pressuring again. Great straight by Aldo but Frankie answers back?and to the fence. Aldo lands a nice knee and low kick to close the round. WrestlingINC goes 10-9 Edgar, so 29-28 Aldo so far. Time for the championship rounds!

Round 4: Aldo just busting Edgar throughout with sharp counters including momentarily dropping him with a jab. Edgar's far is a mess. Surgical, precise performance. WrestlingINC goes 10-9 Aldo, making it 39-37 Aldo.

Round 5: Edgar pressuring with his footwork yet again but not throwing that much. When he throws, Aldo isn't there or counters. Aldo keeps finding a home for his right. Edgar is the first fighter in UFC history to log six hours of Octagon time, apparently. Edgar's right eye is a complete mess. Honestly not much happening in this round, but Aldo is winning it. Edgar gave up on kicking even though it was clearly effective. Edgar whiffs on a spin kick. And it's over. WrestlingINC goes 10-9 Aldo in the fifth, so 49-46 Aldo across the fight.

Official decision: Jose Aldo defeated Frankie Edgar by unanimous decision (49-46, 49-46, 48-47) to win the UFC Interim Featherweight Championship.

Post-fight, Aldo, in broken English, gives props to his coaches, saying something to the effect of that this was them, not him. He wants McGregor next, of course. In Portuguese, he says that he lost his father, but has a new father in André Pederneiras. No Edgar interview.

UFC 201 promo up now.

After a really cool UFC history video, it's time for the triple main event. Or the second fight of the quadruple main event. Whatever you want to call it.

Light Heavyweight (3 Rounds/Non-Title): Daniel Cormier (c) vs. Anderson Silva (#5 MW)

Round 1: DC gets a takedown fairly easily. He's in Anderson's guard, hits an elbow in close, and stacks him. Passes to half guard and starts going to work. All things considered, Anderson is not doing a bad job controlling DC's posture. DC with a slicing elbow, postures up, throws, and gets pulled back down with about 1:30 to go. More of the same and that's the round. WrestlingINC goes 10-9 Cormier.

Round 2: Anderson throws a high kick, gets cracked by DC. Takedown by DC to HUGE boos. Well, at least Anderson hasn't been knocked out?yet. WE HAVE A STANDUP! Hmm. Anderson hits a really nice knee and opens up! DC clinches to close the round. WrestlingINC scores it 10-9 Cormier, 20-18 Cormier.

Round 3: They're trading and?takedown. At least Anderson's chin seems way better without the weight cut. Cormier looks oddly tired all things considered, so the stories about him overtraining (well, worse than usual) appear to track. "STAND THEM UP!" chant. Like Jim Miller winning, what happens at UFC 100 must happen at UFC 200. STANDUP! Ha. DC with an oblique kick, Silva answers with a front leg side kick to the knee. JONES-ISM! Silva hurts him with a liver kick long enough for some excitement, but DC clinches and it's over. 10-9 Silva because he had DC hurt, 29-28 DC overall. Anderson gets the moral victory.

Official decision: Daniel Cormier defeated Anderson Silva by unanimous decision (30-26 on all three cards)

Cormier says he fought the fight he needed to fight. Anderson says this shows you can do anything you put your mind to.

Mike Goldberg just said the words "Randy Orton.' And here's a SummerSlam promo. Life is weird.

It's Brock time! "I'm not afraid of getting hit by Mark Hunt." Good luck with that.

Heavyweight: Brock Lesnar vs. Mark Hunt (#8)

Round 1: Patient start for both with only slight feinting. Low kick by Brock. Brock looks completely different physically from his first UFC run and is already turning red. Takedown attempt, no luck, they're on the cage, and down. And up! Dan Miragliotta needs to call a break?right as I type that Brock gets hunt down and into side control. Hunt turns?giving up his back? Brock clearly trying to conserve energy and not unload too much?but he opens up?and Hunt gets up! Brock shoots, almost eats an uppercut, takedown to Bock mount! WrestlingInc goes 10-9 Lesnar.

Round 2: Hunt needs to jab and he does. Brock blocks an overhand right. I can't believe this is in the second round. Hunt jab connects barely. Hunt sprawls on a shot. Here we go! AND ANOTHER! Brock doing a good job keeping Hunt from landing cleanly when he throws. Hunt stuffs another takedown. Hunt subtly pressuring now as Brock is tiring. Hunt starting to find his range in a sense, not quite landing clean. Brock shoots on the cage. Clinching. Not getting Hunt down. And the round is over. 10-9 Hunt since he's the only one to actually land any kind of offense, 19-19 so far. Next round takes it. or a finish, of course.

Round 3: Hunt tags Brock with a right?then Brock gets a takedown to almost mount?some punches but Brock not posturing up so Hunt is defending well. Hunt not trying to buck Lesnar and Lesnar is holding a loose half guard now. Hunt actually throwing a lot from bottom and he regains half guard. Brock going for the arm triangle?or not. Back to mount. Lots of short, hard shorts. You realize how heavy Brock is on top when you consider Hunt's propensity to buck guys off well. Hunt finally gets to half guard and tries a getup, but there's no time. 10-8 Lesnar, 29-27 Lesnar. Clear decision win for him, question is how exactly the judges score the third and to an extent the second.

Official decision: Brock Lesnar defeats Mark Hunt by unanimous decision (29-27 on all three cards).

Brock looks even redder than he does in PPV matches. Brock gives a shout out to American military. "From one white boy, to all nationalities, we all gotta stand together, people!" That was new. And now he's kissing his wife, who Mike Goldberg just called "Sable" and not Rena or even "the former Sable in WWE."

Time for the main event...but first, a preview of "Kingdom" on DirecT's Audience Network.

Women's Bantamweight Championship: Miesha Tate (c) vs. Amanda Nunes (#4)

Round 1: Glove touch to start. Tate feints a front kick, hard low kick by Nunes. Nunes scrambles well after a break takedown by Tate. She's clearly conserving her energy. Nunes stops a takedown and barely misses an illegal knee. Nunes pressuring and tagging Tate HARD. Nunes stops a takedown and barely misses an illegal knee. Tate hurt! Nunes measured, takes the back! Rear naked choke, Tate taps, it's over. She made that look easy. Amanda Nunes is the first Brazilian female to win a UFC title.

Amanda Nunes defeated Miesha Tate by submission to win the UFC Women's Bantamweight Championship (rear naked choke) Round 1, 3:16
