WWE Signing CWC Competitors To NXT Deals, New Project For John Cena, WWE Shop Sale

- PWTorch reports that Cruiserweight Classic contestant Kota Ibushi has signed an "NXT-level deal" They also noted that Gran Metalik, a.k.a. Mascara Dorada in Mexico, has agreed to a WWE deal. They also reportedly have several other wrestlers on their radar to eventually sign, including Zack Sabre, Jr., Cedric Alexander, Lince Dorado, Akira Tozawa, and Jack Gallagher.

- Deadline reports that Andy Samberg and Murray Miller are creating another HBO sports mockumentary titled Tour de Pharmacy, following the success of their tennis mockumentary, 7 Days in Hell. Samberg will play a competing cyclist in the film, and John Cena has also been cast. Daveed Diggs, Julia Ormond, Phylicia Rashad, Will Forte, Dolph Lundgren, Mike Tyson and Nathan Fielder will also star in the movie, while Jake Szymanski will direct.
