- WWE announced 15,974 fans for tonight's SummerSlam pay-per-view from the Barclays Center. They announced 15,671 fans in attendance for WWE NXT "Takeover: Brooklyn II" in the same building on Saturday night.

- As seen at SummerSlam tonight, Enzo Amore and Big Cass cut a pre-match promo that was inspired by Biggie Smalls and Frank Sinatra, among others. WWE Tag Team Champion Big E tweeted the following as The New Day did a Sinatra-inspired entrance at the RAW in Brooklyn last August:
