Sheamus Talks Being In A Reset, League Of Nations Failing, Wanting Longer Matches, Being A Workhorse

As seen above, Brian Fritz of Between the Ropes spoke with Sheamus at the WWE 2K17 Launch Party. WWE superstar Sheamus talks about the new WWE 2K17 game, his role in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie and if there will be another one, refocusing and resetting in WWE, his best-of-seven series against Cesaro including their match at SummerSlam and much more.

* On the topic of WWE 2K17, Sheamus says the game is so similar to what happens in the ring that it is scary. Sheamus jokes that one day games like WWE 2K17 will replace the actual wrestling. Going more on video games, Sheamus says he has not had much time to play them with his very busy 2016 schedule, especially with his role in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows.

* Discussing his role in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film, Sheamus says it was great and a huge eye opener for him. Sheamus praises the cast and is hoping for a third installment of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Sheamus says you have to love a character like Rocksteady, whom he grew up watching.

* Sheamus strongly feels like he is currently in a reset. Sheamus is now focused on his 7 match series with Cesaro. In looking at the past, the Celtic Warrior believes the League of Nations could have been better than what it was, but ultimately each member is better off on their own.

* Sheamus believes he has more to achieve in the ring, especially with the recent brand split. Sheamus specifically says he wants to prove he can have longer matches. According to Sheamus people forget much of a work horse he is, as he held his own in his first WWE Championship reign.
