- UFC president Dana White appeared on "The Jim Rome Show" earlier this week to discuss a recent social media post made by Jon Jones. In the message, Jones states that he might have good news soon regarding a potential return to the Octagon. The interim UFC light heavyweight champion failed a pre-fight drug test ahead of UFC 200 last month, but White says things might not be as they seem.

"I don't even know if this is public, I don't know if I can talk about it," White said. "When it comes to medical stuff, you can't (talk about it). It's looking like Jon Jones did not take the drug everybody thought he took. It looks like something else."

Jones tested positive for hydroxy-clomiphene, which is an anti-estrogenic agent and Letrozole metabolite, which is an aromatase inhibitor. Both are estrogen blockers that most use to cycle anabolic steroids and suppress side effects.

"I'll let this thing play out," White said. "And if that's true and that's what the USADA and the Nevada State Athletic Commission say, it could look good for Jones."

- UFC heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic agrees with Mark Hunt. Miocic, who defends his title next month at UFC 203 vs. Alistair Overeem, told "Submission Radio" recently that he believes Hunt should get a percentage of Brock Lesnar's UFC 200 fight purse after Lesnar failed multiple drug tests.

"I think it's fair," Miocic said. "Mark's a real nice guy, but he's doing the right thing I think (in regards to pushing for money). It is what it is. The situation sucks."

Miocic fought Hunt last year, scoring a fifth round TKO on his way to eventually challenging for the UFC heavyweight title. His September 10 fight with Overeem will be his first title defense.
