CM Punk Talks Brock Lesnar Giving Him Advice, Conor McGregor Ripping WWE Talent

Wrestling Inc. was on hand for CM Punk's UFC 203 media call today, which also featured his UFC 203 opponent, Mickey Gall. The audio has been posted on our audio channel, which you can subscribe to through iTunes as well as our RSS feed, which you can use to subscribe through any podcast app.

During the call, Punk was asked about UFC Superstar Conor McGregor recently ripping WWE talent. Punk said that he didn't care, and that with the number of responses it got, he felt like people were told to respond to him because "he's the biggest name in sports at the moment." He noted that a lot of feelings were hurt by Conor's comments, which he thought was strange. He said that "you have to leave the emotion out of it, these guys still don't know."

Punk was also asked if he had spoken to Brock Lesnar as he's getting ready for his UFC debut. Punk said that he has on and off, but there wasn't anything major. He said that Lesnar offered advice and he told Punk that he could ask him any questions, no matter how stupid they are.
