Did CM Punk Make Weight For UFC 203, Complete Weigh-In Results, Video, UFC 204 News

- The drama surrounding weigh-ins Friday for UFC 203 was suppose to center around CM Punk. Instead, the focus turned to Alistair Overeem, as the heavyweight title challenger showed up late. Overeem eventually made his way to the scale, but will be fined $500 by the Ohio Athletic Commission.

Punk, a former WWE superstar making his MMA debut opposite Mickey Gall Saturday night, weighed in right at 170 pounds for their welterweight contest. Throughout the week, many wondered if he would be able to cut the weight, as Punk himself told reporters that he had yet to try a weight cut.

Overeem came in at 248.5 pounds, a two-and-a-half-pounds heavier than his opponent, UFC heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic. Only one fighter, prelim newcomer Michael McBride, missed weight. The weigh-ins will air live at 6 p.m. ET in the video above.

- To show you just how crazy the MMA fans in England are, the October UFC 204 event sold out in just six minutes despite having a 3 a.m. local start time to allow it to run in the normal pay-per-view time slot in North America. The card features England's own Michael Bisping defending his middleweight title against Dan Henderson.

Set for the Manchester Arena in Manchester on October 8, middleweights Vitor Belfort and Gegard Mousasi will comprise the co-main event. The sellout marks the seventh straight such time tickets have been gobbled up for an event in Europe put on by the UFC.

As a reminder, Wrestling Inc. will have complete coverage Saturday night of UFC 203, including live play-by-play of the main card.
