WWE NXT Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic Announced, Dan Matha Debuting Next Week (Video), More
- WWE NXT General Manager William Regal confirmed on tonight's episode that the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic will return this year due to the success of last year's tournament, which was won by Samoa Joe and Finn Balor. The sixteen-team tournament will kick off next week and the finals will be held at "Takeover: Toronto" on November 19th during WWE Survivor Series weekend.
One team in the tournament will be Bobby Roode and Tye Dillinger. The Fallout video above features Dillinger talking to Charly Caruso about why he accepted Roode's offer – Roode bringing up Tye's relationship with Dusty. Tye says this tournament is all about Dusty and teaming with Roode is a gamble but one he's willing to take if he can honor Dusty by winning.
