Note On Hulk Hogan's Second Lawsuit From Gawker Sex Tape Leak

The New York Post has a story here about Hulk Hogan's lawsuit against agent Tony Burton for allegedly sending his sex tape with Heather Clem to Gawker editor A.J. Daulerio in 2012. Hogan is suing Burton and his firm, Don Buchwald & Associates, for conspiring to extort money from him and for leaking his racist remarks to the National Enquirer.

The suit was filed this past May, and the Post is reporting that Burton's insurance company, Zurich American Insurance Company and American Zurich Insurance Company, filed papers yesterday in Manhattan Supreme Court on Wednesday asking for the judge to rule that they aren't liable for the payout if Burton loses the case.

The filing states that "plaintiffs have no obligation to defend" Burton and his firm, "because he violated the terms of his primary and umbrella policies and therefore doesn't qualify for coverage."
