WWE Live Event Results From Laramie (10/17): Handicap Match, AJ Styles Vs. Dean Ambrose, Hawkins

Thanks to Jessie Frazier and Derek for the following WWE live event results from Monday's show in Laramie, Wyoming:

From Derek:

There were probably less than 1000 people last night, but thats to be expected since Laramie is only a town of 30000 people.

* Dolph Ziggler vs. Tyler Breeze for the IC Championship: Ziggler won with the Zig Zag after a good back and forth match.

* Heath Slater & The Hype Bros vs The Vaudevillians & Konnor of the Ascension (Victor at ringside). The Hype Bros. came out with Pistol Pete (the University of Wyoming Mascot) and had a quick dance session during their intro with him. Slater and the Hype Bros won.

* Apollo Crews vs Curt Hawkins: Crews won after about 3 minutes. Hawkins then grabs a mic and says he's not leaving until he gets another match and issues an open challenge. Kane comes out and Curt Hawkins talks trash to him. The bell rings and Kane immediately chokeslams him and gets the win.

* Baron Corbin vs Jack Swagger: Corbin won with the roll up on Swagger.

* Bray Wyatt vs Randy Orton: Orton definitely got the biggest pop of the night. A good match that had a good build up in it. Orton won with the RKO in the end.

* Alexa Bliss and Carmella vs Naomi and Natalya as a face: Good match, nothing spectacular about it though till the end. Naomi went to tag Natalya. Natalya dropped from the apron and wouldn't tag Naomi. Bliss and Carmella went to attack Naomi, but Naomi tossed Carmella into Natalya (who had gotten on the apron again and was about to attack Naomi as well) and they both went down. Naomi then hit the Rear View on Bliss for the win.

* American Alpha vs the Usos: This match was definitely the worst one, not because of botches but because of some smarks sitting behind me (I was in the front row) who got the crowd to cheer for the Usos and boo American Alpha. You could tell the Usos were pissed about it as was American Alpha in the end. The match itself was 7-8 minutes of the Usos beating up Gable. Gable then made the hot tag to Jordan who cleaned house. Gable tagged back in and American Alpha hit their finisher on one of the Usos for the win. After the match, Gable and Jordan didn't really acknowledge the side where I was sitting with the smarks behind me, but they posed for the rest of the crowd.

* Main Event: Dean Ambrose vs AJ Styles: Styles kept the crowd booing him throughout the match which made it even better. Styles pulled the padding off a turnbuckle and then sent Ambrose headfirst into it with the ref distracted (Styles tried to walk out of the match a minute earlier with his title and Dean brought him back to the ring. As the ref was giving the title back to the announcer, Styles tossed Dean into the exposed turnbuckle). Styles then hit the Styles Clash for the win. Afterwords Styles tried to hit Dean with the belt. Dean dodged it and hit dirty deeds to send the crowd home happy.

Good live event even though it was a small crowd, which is to be expected in Laramie.

* SmackDown Tag Team Champion Heath Slater, Zack Ryder and Mojo Rawley defeated Aiden English, Konnor and Viktor

* Apollo Crews defeated Curt Hawkins. Hawkins cut a promo after the match and demanded another match

* Kane squashed Curt Hawkins

* Natalya and Naomi defeated Alexa Bliss and Carmella

* Randy Orton defeated Bray Wyatt with a RKO

* WWE Intercontinental Champion Dolph Ziggler retained over Tyler Breeze

* WWE World Champion AJ Styles retained over Dean Ambrose
