Was WWE SmackDown Viewership Able To Rebound After Last Week's Post-Draft Low?

Today's ratings were delayed by Nielsen but just released. Last night's WWE SmackDown, featuring Dean Ambrose vs. WWE World Champion AJ Styles in the main event for the second week in a row plus more Survivor Series build, drew 2.187 million viewers. This is up from last week's show, which was the least watched since the brand extension, which drew 2.127 million viewers.

SmackDown was #8 for the night in viewership, behind Hannity, The Kelly File, The O'Reilly Factor, Special Report, On The Record, Outnumbered and The Five, and #1 in the 18-49 demographic.

It should be noted that the MLB World Series drew more than 25 million viewers on broadcast TV.

In comparison, Monday's RAW averaged 2.60 million viewers, down from last week's 2.819 million viewers.
