There was no ruling today in the Jimmy Snuka competency hearing in Lehigh, PA. This past June, Snuka was deemed not mentally competent to stand trial in the 1983 death of his then-girlfriend Nancy Argentino.
Laurie Mason Schroeder of The Morning Call noted that Snuka was too sick to travel and wasn't at the hearing. Snuka testified through Face Time and couldn't remember the judge's name. It was noted that Snuka was in hospice and has six months to live. Snuka's wife testified and said that he was suffering from psychosis and will often try to escape their home because he thinks he's supposed to be at a WWE match.
The judge requested more medical records and will then decide if the case will be dismissed.
