- Earlier this week we reported on UFC middleweight champion Michael Bisping being sued for allegedly assaulting a 19-year-old man. Bisping has since responded to the lawsuit, calling it "total bullocks." UFC president also responded to the lawsuit when he was on the Real Quick with Mike Swick podcast recently.

"I gotta talk to Bisping but I'm sure it's that typical p***y who opens his mouth at the f***ing gym, then Bisping goes over and – I don't know what Bisping did to him, but now he wants to f***ing sue Bisping," White said. "You should have shut your f***ing face in the first place. F***ing embarrassing. You're a clown. Guys like him are a f***ing embarrassment."

- The UFC announced a lightweight fight between top contenders Khabib Nurmagomedov and Edson Barboza for UFC 219 on Dec. 30. It will be the first fight in over a year for Nurmagomedov (24-0), who is ranked No. 2 in the 155-pound division. Barboza (19-4) is ranked right behind him at number-three and is riding a three-fight win streak, most recently defeating Beneil Dariush in March by secon-round knockout. Nurmagomedov had previously lobbied for a fight against interim lightweight champion Tony Ferguson.
