- Through their Twitter account, Pro Wrestling NOAH announced Eddie Edwards will defend the GHC Heavyweight Championship against El Hijo del Fantasma at the post-PPV tapings. Edwards is the first ever gaijin (foreigner) to win the title and has held it for 68 days.

- Earlier today, Ed Nordholm tweeted out a photo of what the stage and ring looks like for tonight's show. It's being held at the Aberdeen Pavilion in Ottawa, Canada and was sold out with additional "standing room only" tickets opened to fans.
