- Above you can watch the ceremonial UFC 217 weigh-ins at Madison Square Garden. All 24 fighters made weight without issue at the official weigh-ins earlier on Friday at the UFC host hotel. There was a little drama as strawweight champion Joanna Jerdzejczyk showed up with just a few minutes left in the two-hour session, but she made the 115-pound limit with no problem. Her opponent Rose Namajunas weighed in at 114. Bantamweight champion Cody Garbrandt weighed in at 135 and T.J. Dillashaw was 134.8 for their co-main event fight. In his first middleweight fight, Georges St. Pierre hit the scale at 184.4 while champion Michael Bisping 184.6.

- The UFC announced today that light heavyweight Ion Cutelaba has been pulled from his fight against Michal Oleksiejczuk due to a potential anti-doping policy violation. Cutelaba has been provisionally suspended. He was coming off a 22-second knockout of Henrique da Silva in June.

- The UFC unveiled EA Sports UFC 3 with lightweight champion Conor McGregor on the cover. According to the press release, among the new features are Real Player Motion (RPM) Tech, a new gameplay animation technology that delivers the most fluid and responsive motion in EA SSports UFC history, and the new G.O.A.T.
