How Are Bound For Glory Tickets Selling?, MLW Updates, WaleMania, NWA World Title Match Announced
- Above is the latest video from NWA Wrestling, which was purchased by Billy Corgan this past summer. In the video, Corgan announced the first NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship match will take place on Sunday, November 12th in Los Angeles at the Championship Wrestling From Hollywood taping. NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion Tim Storm will defend his title against Nick Aldis, f.k.a. Magnus.
- WaleMania will be back in New Orleans to kick off WrestleMania 34 weekend. Wale and the MLW Radio Network present WaleMania IV on Thursday night, April 5, 2018 at Republic NOLA at 828 S. Peters Street in New Orleans. Tickets go on sale on Tuesday, November 7th at 10am CT. There will be a live MLW Radio podcast featuring many pro wrestling luminaries, who will be announced over the next few months. The evening will also feature a live performance by Grammy nominated artist Wale, a meet and greet with a special guest for golden and platinum ticket holders, a New Orleans style after party and more.
- MLW announced that "The King of the Death Match" Jimmy Havoc will make his Major League Wrestling debut on December 7th at MLW: Never Say Never, at Gilt Nightclub in Orlando. Darby Allin and Jimmy Havoc have challenged Shane Strickland and a partner of his choosing to a hardcore encounter at MLW: Never Say Never. Strickland has yet to comment on the challenge. MVP is also confirmed for the event, which is headlined by Matt Riddle vs. "Filthy" Tom Lawlor. Tony Schiavone and Rich Bocchini will be in the house on December 7th calling the action for the broadcast, which will be available within 72 hours at MLW.tv.
