Ring Of Honor Episode 320 Recap: MCMG Defend Tag Titles Against War Machine, Cody In Action

A video opens the show recapping War Machine's recent in-ring promo talking about their destruction in the tag team division.

Ian Riccaboni and Colt Cabana check in on commentary after the usual ROH signature video package. They announce that Kenny King's scheduled Television Title defense is unable to take place due to Mark Briscoe dislocating his elbow.

The Dawgs (Rhett Titus & Will Ferrara), The Kingdom (Vinny Marseglia & TK O'Ryan with Matt Taven) and Coast To Coast (Leon St. Giovanni & Shaheem Ali) make their entrances. Matt Taven joins the commentary team.

The Dawgs (Rhett Titus & Will Ferrara) vs. The Kingdom (Vinny Marseglia & TK O'Ryan) vs. Coast To Coast (LSG & Shaheem Ali)

O'Ryan and LSG start the match. They lock up. They exchange chops. O'Ryan tags in Ferrara. LSG dropkicks Ferrara. LSG tags in Ali. Ali and LSG slam Ferrara to the mat. Ali pins Ferrara for a one count. Ali strikes Ferrara. O'Ryan makes a blind tag on Ferrara. Ali strikes O'Ryan sends him out of the ring with an assist from Ferrara. Ali sends Ferrara out of the ring. Ali hits a Senton to the outside on Ferrara and O'Ryan. Titus dropkicks LSG in the ring. Marseglia kicks Titus. Titus rolls out of the ring. Marseglia goes to the apron. Marseglia hits a Springboard Twisted 450 Plancha from the second rope on to his opponents at ringside. LSG ascends the turnbuckle. LSG hits a Corkscrew 450 Plancha from off the top rope on to his opponents at ringside. Ali rolls Marseglia into the ring as we head into a commercial break.

Marseglia clotheslines Ali in the corner as we return from the commercial break. Marseglia strikes LSG to take him off the apron. Ali hits a double dropkick on Marseglia and O'Ryan. Marseglia and O'Ryan roll out of the ring. The Kingdom pulls The Dawgs off the apron before Ali can tag either of them. The fight spills back into the ring. O'Ryan hits an uppercut on Ali. Ali ducks a double clothesline attempt by The Kingdom. Ali tags LSG in. LSG clotheslines O'Ryan. LSG drives Marseglia into O'Ryan before hitting a double clothesline on both of them. LSG hits a springboard forearm on Marseglia. LSG dropkicks O'Ryan. O'Ryan rolls out of the ring. Marseglia connects with a boot to the face of LSG. Titus pulls Marseglia out of the ring before clothelining him into the ringside barrier. Ferrara hits a Tornado DDT on Marseglia at ringside. Ferrara hits his BLL signature move on LSG in the ring. Titus sends Ferrara into a splash on LSG. Ali breaks up a pin attempt by Titus on LSG. LSG kicks Titus in the face. Ali hits an Inverted DDT on Titus. Ali sets Ferrara up in a tree-of-woe position in the corner. Ali and MSG ascend separate turnbuckles. Ali and MSG hit their double Coast-To-Coast signature move on Ali. O'Ryan strikes Ali. Marseglia and O'Ryan hit their Sexy Murder finisher on LSG, before pinning LSG for the win.

Marseglia grabs a microphone after the match. Marseglia talks about The Kingdom recently beating Search And Destroy. O'Ryan talks about coming back and The Kingdom still not having received a rematch for the ROH Six-Man Tag Team Titles. O'Ryan demands a Tag Title shot as The Kingdom make their exit.

A recap is shown from Global Wars with ROH World Champion Cody wanting to take a picture with a masked fan in the ring, with him being revealed as Dalton Castle, leading to Castle attacking Cody.

Flip Gordon cuts a brief backstage promo on The Young Bucks. Gordon says they have a Bullet Club, so he's creating an army.

ROH World Champion Cody makes his entrance. Cody grabs a microphone. Cody says there's one guy everyone wants to see him face. Cody calls Ian Riccaboni over to the ring. Cody asks who Riccaboni would like to see him face. Riccaboni says Dalton Castle. Cody asks if that's what the fans want. Cody says Dalton Castle is not here tonight. Cody introduces his opponent, Ryan Nova.

ROH World Championship Match:
Cody (c) vs. Ryan Nova

Cody wants Nova to kiss the "ring of honor". Nova puts the ring in his mouth. Cody kicks Nova and grabs the ring. Nova rolls Cody up for a two count. Cody drives his hip into Nova. Cody sends Nova into the corner. Nova kicks Cody in the face. Cody hits Cross Rhodes in Nova. Cody pins Nova for a two count, before pulling his head off the mat. Cody locks in the American Death-lock on Nova. Nova taps out.

Winner: Cody

Dalton Castle comes to the entrance way after the match for a verbal confrontation with Cody. Castle says Cody's performances as World Champion have been lackluster. Castle asks why Cody won't give everyone the match they really want to see. Cody guarantees that Castle can't beat him, so why waste the fans time. Cody says that with his connections, he can help Castle. Cody says he could call Paul and get Castle a developmental contract. Cody tells Castle to
think about it as he walks past him. Castle attacks Cody from behind. Castle eventually hits the Bang-A-Rang on Cody in the ring. Castle grabs a microphone. Castle says he thought about it. Castle says he loves it here and he's going to take Cody's title away. Castle holds up the ROH World Championship.

A video package is shown of Bully Ray recently cutting a goodbye promo, if he does end up having to retire.

Rowe kicks Sabin as the bell rings. Hanson kicks Shelley off the apron. Rowe holds Sabin as Hanson hits a Leg Drop on him from off the top rope. Shelley ascends the turnbuckle. Shelley hits a missile dropkick on Rowe to break up a pin attempt on Sabin. Shelley tags in. Rowe hits a double knee strike on Shelley. Rowe sends Hanson into Shelley in the corner. Hanson is tagged in. Hanson drives his knee into Shelley several times. Hanson slams Shelley's head on the top turnbuckle before tagging Rowe back in. Hanson splashes Shelley. Rowe scoop slams Hanson onto Shelley. Sabin breaks up a pin attempt by Rowe on Shelley. Rowe strikes Sabin. Rowe runs into an elbow from Shelley. Shelley goes for a cross body, Rowe catches him. Sabin hits a dropkick off the top rope into Shelley to take down Rowe. Sabin hits a dropkick from off the back of Shelley on Hanson to take him off the apron. Sabin eventually hits a Suicide Dive to the outside on Rowe and Hanson. Sabin rolls Rowe back into the ring. Sabin and Shelley hit a Dropkick-Flatliner combo on Rowe. Shelley pins Rowe for a two count. Hanson is eventually tagged back in. Hanson kicks Shelley and Sabin. Hanson clotheslines Shelley and Sabin in opposite corners of the ring several times. Sabin hits an Insiguri on Hanson. Rowe kicks Sabin. Shelley hits an Inverted DDT on Rowe into the second turnbuckle. Hanson hits a Back-Handspring Elbow on Shelley. Shelley and Sabin kick Hanson in the face. Sabin and Shelley hit their Dream Sequence offense in Rowe. Shelley ascends the turnbuckle. Hanson strikes Shelley sending him to ringside. Hanson powerslams Sabin. Hanson hits a Suicide Dive to the outside on Shelley. Rowe holds Sabin as Hanson climbs to the top turnbuckle. Frankie Kazarian and Christopher Daniels come down to the ring. Daniels sprays Hanson in the face with silly string. Kazarian has a microphone and says it's a hell of a match guys. Kazarian says generic wrestling comment, this was awesome. Hanson and Rowe stare down Daniels in the ring. Kazarian tells Daniels to string them. Daniels sprays silly string at War Machine. Rowe strikes Daniels. Hanson clotheslines Daniels out of the ring. Sabin rolls Hanson up, before switching to a bridged pin to get the three count.

Winners: The Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin)

Daniels and Kazarian make their exit. Sabin and Shelley celebrate as the show comes to a close.
