Large Number Of Dislikes For RAW Video, Sasha Banks On Her Elimination Chamber Status, WWE Tryouts
- The YouTube video of Vince McMahon naming Charlotte Flair as Becky Lynch's replacement for the WrestleMania 35 match with RAW Women's Champion Ronda Rousey is really racking up the dislikes from viewers. This is the most-disliked video on the channel in the past 24 hours. As of this writing, the video has 1,068,313 views with 57,000 dislikes and 22,000 likes. To compare, the next most-viewed clip from this week's RAW is the opening segment with Lynch, Triple H and Stephanie McMahon. That video currently has 1,030,676 views with 1,000 dislikes and 23,000 likes.
There's still no word yet on if Vince's "suspension" for Lynch will lead to the rumored Triple Threat at WrestleMania, with Rousey, Lynch and Flair, but that is expected. You can see the video of last night's show-closing segment with the McMahon Family, Lynch, Rousey and Flair above.
- We noted before how WWE would hold their first-ever tryouts in Mumbai, India during the first part of March 2019. Those tryouts have now been confirmed for Friday, March 1 through Tuesday, March 5. A press release issued back in November revealed that up to 40 athletes would be able to participate in the tryouts.
- As noted, this week's RAW indicated that Sasha Banks won't be fully cleared to wrestle in time for Sunday's WWE Elimination Chamber pay-per-view, where she's scheduled to team with Bayley for the Chamber match to crown the first WWE Women's Tag Team Champions. They lost a three-team match on last night's RAW to get the disadvantage of entering the Chamber first on Sunday. Banks did not wrestle the match but she did get physical some at ringside. She ended up being helped to the back by referees and medics. Banks has not wrestled since the Royal Rumble pay-per-view in late January.
Banks took to Twitter today and said she will be ready to go on Sunday, whatever it takes. She tweeted the following:
Whatever it takes, I'll be ready! #EliminationChamber
