As it was reported earlier, Limitless Wrestling shared on their Social Media accounts that AEW pulled Shawn Spears from their upcoming event. Tommy Dreamer was announced to take his place against Anthony Greene at the 2019 Vacationland Cup and VIP ticket holders had the chance to be refunded. The company has just announced tonight that AEW has changed its mind.
Limitless posted on Instagram that AEW has cleared Shawn Spears to appear and participate in the 2019 Vacationland Cup this Friday, July 11 in Portland, Maine. They also wrote that they couldn't thank AEW enough for approving this one day ahead of their upcoming event in Jacksonville.
The company answered "Damn Right," to a fan who asked if Dreamer was still coming to VLC 2019. They also announced that they will be sharing the updated bracket tomorrow.
The VIP packages for the event will now include a Tommy Dreamer trading card, a free Shawn Spears 8x10 plus an autograph.
