- New WWE Champion Brock Lesnar joined an elite list of Legends and Hall of Famers who are five-time WWE Champions with his big title win over Kofi Kingston on Friday's SmackDown FOX premiere. Lesnar joined the following Superstars on the list – Hulk Hogan, The Rock, Steve Austin, Bret Hart, Triple H, Randy Orton and John Cena. The WWE Stats page also noted that Lesnar is now an eight-time world champion in WWE, with his Universal Title wins.

- WWE ring announcer Mike Rome turned 38 years old today. As noted, RAW Superstar The Miz turned 39 years old today while former WWE Superstar Paul Burchill turned 40 and AEW star Michael Nakazawa turned 44. WWE wished Rome a Happy Birthday with the following tweet:
