Vic Joseph and Nigel McGuinness welcome us to another edition of 205 Live. We kick things off with the first singles match scheduled for tonight's show!

Ikemen Jiro vs. Grayson Waller

Grayson Waller wants Ikemen Jiro to shake his hand. Jiro does, and Waller doesn't pull any funny business. Waller and Jiro lock up. Waller backs Jiro up towards the ropes, and Jiro breaks free. Waller bounces back with two kicks to the midsection, followed by a side headlock takedown. Jiro catches Waller's leg and takes him for a ride with a hurricanrana. Jiro then hits a springboard hurricanrana sending Waller to the outside.

On the outside, Waller dumps Jiro on top of the apron. Back in the ring, Waller clocks Jiro with a heavy right arm. Waller drops Jiro on top of his knee with a nasty backbreaker. Waller hoists Jiro up again. Jiro escapes with a back elbow. Jiro strings together a flurry of right hands. Jiro hangs Waller up in the ropes with a tarantula. Jiro springs down with a moonsault for the first near-fall pin in the match. Waller holds onto Jiro and puts him in a sleeper hold. Jiro slams Waller into the turnbuckles to break it up.

Both Waller and Jiro miss a flying elbow and moonsault, respectively. Jiro rocks Waller with some more right-hand offense. Waller slams Jiro with a falcon arrow for two. Waller looks for a leg lariat. Jiro reverses it with an enziguri. Cover. 1-2-3. Ikemen Jiro picks up a clean win over Grayson Waller!

Winner: Ikemen Jiro

Up next, Drake Maverick will make his return to the purple brand in the main event!

Drake Maverick vs. Asher Hale

Both men tie-up. Asher Hale shoves Drake Maverick up against the ropes. They reset. Hale takes Maverick down on the mat and tries to apply an ankle lock. Maverick breaks it up and rises to his feet. Maverick puts Hale in a textbook wristlock. Hale rolls out of it. Half of the fans are not on Hale's side. Maverick charges in like a bat out of hell with a series of forearm shots. Hale responds by slamming Maverick's arm into the middle turnbuckle. Hale hits a neckbreaker for the first near-fall count in the match. Hale has no remorse as he continues to work Maverick's injured shoulder.

Hale wraps his feet around Maverick's neck and snaps it with a double leg dragon screw on the apron. Hale rolls Maverick through with a snapmare and holds in the straitjacket position. Hale drops Maverick back down on the mat to break the hold and gets another near-fall count. Maverick ducks out of the corner and tosses Hale into the turnbuckle. Hale slams his left shoulder into the ring post – a little eye for an eye if you will. Maverick plants a wheelbarrow bulldog in the center of the ring, followed by a high-flying crossbody! Maverick secures the victory with Sliced Bread for the pinfall victory!

Winner: Drake Maverick

That concludes this week's episode. Thanks for watching!
