Commentators Excalibur, Chris Jericho, Taz & FTW Champion Ricky Starks welcome fans to a Rampage! We kick things off with singles action between Jungle Boy and Bobby Fish! Can Fish get his mercenary orders done for SuperKliq before they march into battle with Jungle Boy tomorrow night?

Bobby Fish vs. Jungle Boy

As Jungle Boy slides into the ring, Bobby Fish charges forward with a wild high kick. Jungle Boy takes Fish to the corner and connects a nasty chop. Jungle Boy hops up on the top rope. Fish wrenches his arm, which sends him crashing to the outside. Fish starts to work on Jungle Boy’s arm as they return to the ring. Jungle Boy finally lands his rope-assisted arm drag. Both men make their way out on the apron. Fish locks in a waistlock, trying to send Jungle Boy flat on his back.

Jungle Boy clutches on the ropes and shoves Fish off of him. Fish maintains his vicious offense all around the ring, causing more damage to Jungle Boy’s arm. Jungle Boy earns a moment of reprieve as he sends Fish into the ring post. Fish recovers quickly to toss Jungle Boy into the guardrail before we head to picture-in-picture. Fish spends half of the break continuing his ruthless assault, and the other part of it flexing his biceps.

Back to full screen, Fish boxes his way back into the ring and connects a nice hammerlock. He goes for the first cover. Jungle Boy pops out at two. Jungle Boy sends Fish into the corner with a wicked pop-up suplex! Jungle Boy stacks Fish up for a two count. Fish digs deep with an exploder suplex. Jungle Boy’s head ricochets straight towards the ropes! After some back and forth exchanges, Jungle Boy struggles to get the Snare Trap in at first. He applies a choke before transitioning it into the Snare Trap. Fish has nowhere to go. He taps. Jungle reigns victorious!

Winner: Jungle Boy

Post-Match: Adam Cole sprints down to the ring. Although Bobby Fish didn’t pick up the victory, he’s still on top of Jungle Boy. Cole and Fish share a stare before embracing each other. Shades of The Undisputed Era are starting to show! Cole grabs a steel chair, looking to send Jungle Boy away before their fight tomorrow night. Then, Christian Cage and Luchasaurus run out to save him. Cole retreats up the ramp where The Young Bucks are standing.

– Before they clash for the right to challenge for the AEW World Championship at Full Gear tomorrow night, Bryan Danielson and Miro exchange words in a pre-taped vignette.

– We briefly see the exchange between AEW World Champion Kenny Omega and ‘Hangman’ Adam Page during their contract signing from Wednesday.

Backstage: Page wants to talk to the Young Bucks. He warns them that if they try to lay a hand on him or interrupt his title match tomorrow night, he will ruin them. Can the ‘Anxious Millennial Cowboy’ convert into the ‘Confident Cowboy’ by conquering ‘The Best Bout Machine’ and becoming the new pinnacle champion? We’ll find out in less than 24-hours!

In honor to celebrate her one-year anniversary signing, Jade Cargill will be in action against the former WOW World Champion, Santana Garrett, next!

Jade Cargill (w/’Smart’ Mark Sterling) vs. Santana Garrett

Jade Cargill pie faces Santana Garrett, introducing her confident ego to the former WOW champion. Red Velvet, who Cargill will face in the quarterfinals of the TBS Women’s Championship Tournament, is sitting in the front row. She has a massive grin on her face. Cargill sees her, and they start trading words. Garrett gets flung onto Velvet. Back in the ring, Garrett springs in with a back elbow. Cargill catches her and plants her face-first with her Jaded finisher. Cargill seizes a quick victory.

Winner: Jade Cargill

Post-Match: Red Velvet sneaks up behind Jade Cargill as she leaves the ring and lands a spear. Cargill fights back. Security shows up and separates these two women.

– CM Punk and Eddie Kingston’s bitter hostilities will finally come to a head in the ring tomorrow night. We look back on their personal rivalry, and both men speak out about where they stand in a pre-taped vignette.

Up next, former WWE 205 star, Ariya Daivari, will make his official AEW debut!

Hometown Heroes Clash: Ariya Daivari vs. Dante Martin

Both men kick things off with a lightning-quick back-and-forth sequence. Dante Martin rocks Ariya Daivari with a hurricanrana. Daivari finds his footing by tying Martin up in the ropes and landing a combination of striking offense. Daivari turns Martin inside out with a kick to the gut. Daivari pulls Martin to the center and hooks the leg for a two-count. Martin sunset flips Daivari for another near-fall attempt. Daivari drops Martin with a perfect neckbreaker and hits a Pepsi Twist hammerlock. He heads to the top and executes a frog splash. Cover, Martin leaps out a two! Martin takes to the skies and with a beautiful crossbody to the outside. Martin secures the major victory!

Winner: Dante Martin

And now, the main event!

Lumberjack Match: Orange Cassidy (w/Best Friends) vs. Matt Hardy (w/HFO)

Matt Hardy pits all the Lumberjack/Jills by telling them he’ll give whoever a massive money reward. Matt Hardy sends Orange Cassidy to the outside. Isiah Kassidy distracts Cassidy while The Blade creeps up from behind and whips him towards the guardrail. The Blade and Kassidy roll Cassidy back into the ring, and Hardy looks for the first pin attempt. OC powers out at two. Several lumberjacks tee off on OC’s injured ribs. Best Friends begin shoving everyone off.

Back in the ring, Cassidy executes a DDT. Hardy lays flat on the mat. Kassidy pushes OC off the top rope. Wheeler Yuta and Chuck Taylor slide into the ring to keep Kassidy and The Blade away from their friend. OC hits Beach Break and a series of Orange Punches follows on several lumberjacks who dare step foot into the ring. The Blade neutralizes this whole thing by knocking OC out cold with a brass knuckles shot. Hardy sends things off with a high-angle elbow drop. Although Hardy missed OC coming off the landing, he was still able to seize the final victory in this storied rivalry.

Post-Match: HFO wipes out Best Friends just as the show comes to a close.

That concludes this week’s AEW Rampage. Thanks for watching. We hope you enjoy Full Gear tomorrow night!
