Smackdown Money in the Bank Ladder Match
Big Show vs. Cody Rhodes vs. Christian vs. Matt Hardy vs. IC champion Kofi Kingston vs. Kane vs. Dolph Ziggler vs. Drew McIntyre

Big Show tried to climb the ladder right off the bat, but one of the rungs broke. Show went on to destroy another rung. The early portion of the match was the wrestlers trying to take out Kane and The Big Show.

In the middle of the match, Kane cleared the Spanish announce table and grabbed Drew McIntyre by the throat. McIntyre was able to break free, but Kane turned his attention to the other wrestlers outside of the ring. Kofi Kingston then went and turned his attack to McIntyre, who was still laying on the table. After nailing McIntyre with several punches, Kofi climbed to the top of a ladder setup outside of the ring and nailed McIntyre with the boom drop from the top of the ladder!

While this was going on, Ziggler tried to climb to the top of the ladder inside the ring, but was met with a chokeslam from The Big Show. Kane then started nailing Show with punches, but Show was able to get the better of Kane and ram him in the corner with a ladder. Matt Hardy and Christian tried to nail Show with a ladder, but Show caught them and took them to the mat, and then crushed them with a splash. The Big Show is now in the center of the ring alone. Show goes to the outside and grabs a huge ladder from under the ring. Matt Striker said that the ladder weighed 350 lbs. Show tried to get the ladder in the ring, but was having a hard time getting it in from over the top rope. He then placed it through the ropes and was able to slide it in. As Show was climbing the ladder, he was met with a ladder to the back of the leg by Cody Rhodes.

Ziggler came in and took Rhodes out. Ziggler then went to climb the ladder, but Show recovered and chopped him off of the ladder. Hardy tried to take advantage, but was taken down from show. From the outside, Kofi springboarded onto the ladder. Show went to grab Kofi off of the ladder, but Kofi DDTd Show and went back to climb the ladder. As Kofi was climbing, he was met with a dropkick from the top rope from Rhodes. Rhodes proceeded to deliver 'Cross-Rhodes' on Kofi and then went to climb the ladder before being knocked down by Ziggler. Show then tried to climb the ladder, but Kane knocked the ladder over and Show went to the outside. All the wrestlers started chucking ladders on Show, and he was buried by about 10 ladders.

Back in the ring, the rest of the wrestlers battled to get to the briefcase. Rhodes got to the top, but was knocked down by Kane. Kane went to climb, but Ziggler climbed over Kane and almost got to the briefcase. He then locked on the sleeper on Kane, but Kane was able to throw him off and then threw him on the heap of ladders that were burying Show. Kane went to start climbing, but was interrupted by Kofi and Kane went outside of the ring and chokeslammed Kofi on the stack of ladders burying Show. Kane then chased Rhodes to the top of the stage and threw him face first into an armored truck setup on the stage.

Back in the ring, Hardy was almost at the top, but was knocked down by Kane. Christian and Hardy then pushed Kane off of the ladder. Hardy climbed up one side of the ladder while Christian climbed up the other. The two battled on top. Hardy grabbed the briefcase, but couldn't set it free. They continued to battle on top of the ladder and eventually both fell off and his the mat.

Drew McIntyre saw the opportunity and went to climb the ladder. Kane got back in and threw McIntyre off of the ladder and then proceeded to climb the ladder and grab the briefcase to win the match. Good match to open the PPV.

Kane won the Smackdown Money in the Bank Ladder Match.

Josh Matthews interviewed Sheamus backstage and asked why he helped John Cena. Sheamus said that he realized the the Nexus were a threat to everyone including himself, so he sent a message to the Nexus. He said that he also wanted to make sure that Cena has no excuses for losing. He said he hates Cena and how he makes fun of the beautiful Irish skin and accent. He then said he was going to give Cena a worse beating than he got from the Nexus and said that he's a bigger threat than the Nexus.

WWE Diva's Title Match
Alicia Fox (c) vs. Eve Torres

Fox took the early advantage. Eve managed to turn things around and tried a few different pin attempts, but Fox was able to kick out each time.

Eve maintained control and went to DDT Fox from the second rope, but Fox swept her off and Eve crashed to the mat. Fox then kept the pressure on the challenger, and punished Eve inside the ring. Fox nailed Eve with a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker, but Eve kicked out at two.

Eve managed to recover and hit Fox with a crossbody and several dropkicks. She nailed Fox with a kick and a standing moonsault, but only got a two count. Eve came off the second rope with a flying splash but Fox got her knees up. Fox followed up with a scissors kick and got the pin.

Alicia Fox (c) pinned Eve Torres to retain the WWE Diva's Title.

The Jack Swagger angle from Smackdown! was shown. Swagger is shown talking to his mom on the phone and said that his dad got what he deserved for trying to steal his spotlight.

WWE Unified Tag Team Title Match
The Hart Dynasty (c) vs. The Usos

The Dynasty took the early advantage. The Usos were able to gain the advantage and went to work on David Hart Smith, including nailing Smith with a running butt splash in the corner, ala Rikishi.

Smith was finally able to make the tag to Kidd, who came in fresh and immediately started attacking Jay. Jay made a blind tag and they hit a Samoan drop on Kidd. Kidd was able to tag in Smith who went for the sharpshooter on Jimmy. Tamina got on the ring apron, but Natalya was able to knock her off. Smith put the sharpshooter back on Jimmy and Jimmy tapped to get the win.

The Hart Dynasty (c) defeated The Usos to retain the WWE Unified Tag Team Titles.

World Heavyweight Championship Match
Rey Mysterio (c) vs. Jack Swagger

Swagger charged Mysterio early, but Mysterio was able to dodge Swagger. Mysterio went for a moonsault on Swagger, but Swagger caught Mysterio and charged him into a corner. Swagger ran into the corner to nail Mysterio, but Mysterio moved and Swagger hit the corner and went outside the ring. Mysterio climbed to the top rope and came off with a flying sit-down splash onto Swagger outside of the ring. Swagger came back in the ring, and Mysterio jumped to the top rope. Swagger ran to the top and threw Mysterio to the canvas to gain control of the match.

Swagger continued to punish Mysterio in the ring and then threw Mysterio outside of the ring. Swagger drove Mysterio's head into the announce table and then threw him back in the ring. Swagger applied a knee bar. After several moments, Mysterio was able to kick his way out, but Swagger slammed Mysterio back to the canvas.

Swagger continued to use his size advantage and tossed Mysterio around the ring. Swagger went for his Swagger bomb, but Mysterio moved out of the way. Mysterio climbed to the top rope and came off with a seated senton. Mysterio was able to stay on offense and hit a split legged moonsault, but only got a two count.

Swagger regained the advantage when Mysterio charged him with a wheelbarrow suplex. Swagger then hit the gut-wrench powerbomb, but Mysterio was able to get his foot on the ropes at two. Swagger got Mysterio up on his shoulders, but Mysterio reversed it and rammed Swagger into the corner. Mysterio climbed to the top rope, and Swagger met him at the top and got Mysterio up in a powerslam from the second rope. Mysterio was able to reverse the slam into a DDT from the second rope, but Swagger was able to kick out at two! Mysterio then hit the 619 and went for the springboard splash, but Swagger caught Mysterio and put him in the ankle lock. Mysterio got to the ropes and Swagger broke the hold. Swagger nailed Mysterio with two Swagger bombs.

Swagger went for the ankle lock again but Mysterio's boot came off, after Mysterio had loosened his boot earlier in the match. Mysterio rolled Swagger up and was able to get the three count. Really good match.

Rey Mysterio (c) defeated Jack Swagger to retain the World Heavyweight Championship.

Swagger attacked Mysterio after the match and secured the ankle lock. Kane hit the ring and made the save and beat on Swagger all the way to the back. Mysterio started celebrating and then Kane's music hit and he came out with the briefcase and is cashing in the Money In The Bank now!

World Heavyweight Championship Match
Rey Mysterio (c) vs. Kane

Kane immediately started attacking the injured ankle of Mysterio. Kane nailed Mysterio with a chokeslam and then hit a tombstone to pin Mysterio to a huge pop.

Kane pinned Rey Mysterio to win the World Heavyweight Championship.

Backstage Chris Jericho confronts Edge backstage. Both men say that they are going to challenge the WWE title winner tonight after they win MITB. Jericho told Edge that the worst is yet to come for him.

WWE Women's Title Match
Layla (c) vs. Kelly Kelly

Layla pushed Kelly into the corner early. Kelly responded by tackling Layla. Kelly started nailing Layla with punches and kicks and went for a handspring elbow in the corner, but Layla moved out of the way. Kelly maintained control and Layla went outside of the ring. As Kelly went to chase Layla out of the ring, Layla attacked Kelly's leg.

Layla got back in the ring and covered Kelly for a two count. Layla continued to punish Kelly and threw her outside of the ring, knocking down Michelle McCool in the process. Layla got back in the ring and McCool started beating down on Kelly. McCool stood on the ring barrier, and Kelly pushed her off and got back in the ring and went on offense. Kelly planted Layla face first in the mat with a rocker dropper and hit a sunset flip from the second rope, but Layla pushed forward and pinned Kelly's shoulders to get the three count.

Layla (c) pinned Kelly Kelly to retain the WWE Women's Title.

Raw Money in the Bank Ladder Match
Edge vs. Randy Orton vs. Chris Jericho vs. Evan Bourne vs. Ted DiBiase vs. U.S. champion The Miz vs. John Morrison vs. Mark Henry

All the wrestlers went to attack Mark Henry early. Edge started climbing up the ladder right near the top of the match, but Orton caught him and took him outside of the ring. Dibiase then went to climb the ladder, but was thwarted by Morrison. Dibiase proceeded to clothesline Morrison, who landed on a ladder on the mat.

For the next several minutes they traded the advantage, usually with two wrestlers in the ring and everyone else on the outside.

Later in the match, Edge and Morrison climbed up one ladder while Orton and Jericho climbed another. Mark Henry got in the middle of the two ladders and pushed them both over, knocking all four wrestlers to the outside of the ring. Evan Bourne then charged Henry and took him out, but Bourne was out as well.

With all of the wrestlers on the outside of the ring, Maryse got inside the ring and started climbing the ladder. Morrison got into the ring and set Maryse down. Morrison was telling Maryse to get out while behind him, Dibiase started scaling the ladder. Morrison quickly caught on and knocked Dibiase down and took him to the outside of the ring. The Miz then nailed Morrison with a ladder outside of the ring and started beating on Morrison.

Later in the match, Henry started climbing the ladder. Bourne jumped on Henry's back and Henry continued to climb with Bourne on his back. Edge and Orton managed to knock Henry off of the ladder and threw Bourne outside of the ring. Henry and Bourne caught a bunch of finishers outside of the ring, temporarily taking them out of the match.

Back in the ring, Morrison, Jericho, Orton, Miz and Edge all climbed towards the top of a heap of ladders setup in the middle of the ring. Dibiase came in and knocked Miz off, but was laid on top of a ladder. Orton and Edge proceeded to slide the ladder out of the ring with Dibiase on it. Orton then immediately nailed Edge with an RKO.

Jericho and Morrison are now battling it out on top of the ladder. Morrison hit Jericho's leg and Jericho fell backward, but was tied up on the ladder. Orton took Morrison down and nailed him with an RKO. Evan Bourne climbed to the top rope and hit 'Air-Bourne' on Orton. Bourne then climbed the ladder and had the briefcase in his hands, but couldn't release it. Jericho was able to recover and knocked Bourne off of the ladder.

Jericho made his way to the briefcase, but Edge came up the other side and both men battled it out on the top of the ladder. Edge headbutted Jericho and Orton hit Jericho with an RKO. Edge was almost to the top, but Orton pushed him off. The crowd started cheering wildly as Orton made his way up the ladder. Orton went to secure the briefcase, but the Miz shoved him off. The Miz then climbed to the top and grabbed the briefcase to win the match!

The Miz won the Raw Money in the Bank Ladder Match.

After the match, the Miz grabbed the mic and said that everyone was living in his moment. The Miz started screaming that he made it and made believers out of everyone. He then said that he was a future WWE champion and finished by saying that he was The Miz, and he's awesome. Kind of a pointless promo.

A SummerSlam promo aired, and The Undertaker was featured in the video.

Steel Cage Match for the WWE Championship
Sheamus (c) vs. John Cena

Sheamus took the early advantage until Cena reversed an irish whip and clotheslined Sheamus. It was short-lived, as Sheamus was able to use the cage to his advantage first, throwing Cena face first into the steel. The crowd is pretty quiet in this match, especially while Sheamus is on offense.

Cena was able to gain the advantage after suplexing Sheamus from the top rope. Cena went for the cover, but only got two. Sheamus quickly DDTd Cena to regain the advantage. A "Cena" chant broke out as Sheamus continued his assault on the challenger. The crowd remains really silent, like it's a divas match or something. It seems like the RAW ladder match sucked the wind out of the crowd.

Sheamus locked in a sleeper hold. Just as Cena looked like he was going to break out, Sheamus took Cena to the ground and locked in a body scissors to go with the sleeper. Cena rolled to his front and then got to his feet with Sheamus on his back and went to the corner. Cena started climbing the ropes with Sheamus on his back and made it to the top rope. Sheamus jumped off and clipped Cena's leg, knocking Cena to the canvas. Sheamus went for the cover and got two.

Sheamus continued to dominate the match and tried to climb the cage, but was knocked off and to the mat. Cena then started to build momentum, and nailed Sheamus with a pair of shoulderblocks and the five knuckle shuffle. He went for the Attitude Adjustment near the cage, but Sheamus clung to the cage and started climbing out. They started duking it on the top rope. Cena slammed Sheamus' face in the cage and sent him to the mat. Cena went for the five knuckle shuffle from the top rope, but missed as the champion moved out of the way.

A dueling "Let's Go Sheamus/Let's Go Cena" chant broke out, with the "Let's Go Cena" chants beating out the "Let's Go Sheamus" chants. Sheamus tied Cena's arms in the ropes and used Cena as a stepping stone to climb out of the cage. Cena broke free and drove Sheamus face first into the mat from the top rope, but only got a two count. Cena went for AA, but Sheamus powered out and hit the Irish Curse. Sheamus followed up with a huge kick, but only got a two count.

Cena was finally able to surprise Sheamus and hit the AA out of nowhere, but only got a two count. The Nexus started to make their way to the ring, with Tarver carrying bolt cutters. A referee grabbed the bolt cutters and ran off. They started chasing down another ref for the keys, and the ref threw the keys into the crowd.

Back in the ring, Cena hit the AA, but the ref got knocked out in the process. Cena locked in the STF and Sheamus tapped, but the ref was knocked out. Cena started climbing over the top, but was met at the top of the cage by Justin Gabriel. Cena threw Gabriel in the cage and started to fight his way down. On the other wise, Sheamus started to climb out and knocked away Heath Slater to hit the floor first as Cena was fighting with the Nexus members on the other side.

Sheamus (c) defeated John Cena to retain the WWE Championship.

After the match, Cena took his frustrations out on Michael Tarver and Darren Young outside of the ring. Cena then grabbed the ring steps and threw them into the face of Tarver. Cena grabbed the Nexus armband from Tarver and went to the back as the show went off of the air.
