Mick Foley Talks CM Punk Not Trash Talking In UFC, If Punk Will Be Successful

WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley appeared on Chael Sonnen's Your Welcome! podcast this week to talk several topics throughout his career. After Sonnen told a comical story about CM Punk saving his money, he asked Foley about Punk's move to MMA. Sonnen noted that Punk hasn't trash talked the way many had expected.

"I think when the time and the place is right for him, and it's time for him to promote it, he'll make it must see TV," Foley said.

The former WWF Champion Foley also said that he know CM Punk is training hard for his eventual debut. Punk moved from Chicago to Milwaukee in order to be closer to his training facility.

"I dont know how he's going to do, but I know no one will outwork him, no one will out train him, and he's going to leave it all in the Octagon. I know he's taking it very seriously. If he's not successful, it's not for lack of trying," Foley said.
