- As noted, WWE Hall of Famer Bob Backlund returned to TV on tonight's SmackDown and is now playing the role of Darren Young's life coach. Young tweeted the following on their friendship:

- We've heard lots of rumors about WWE releases being announced tomorrow afternoon. No names have been confirmed but the rumor is that one or two have been with the company for several years. We will be here all afternoon with updates.
