Finn Balor On Daniel Bryan And Shane McMahon Ripping WWE Universal Championship, Roman Reigns, More

Finn Balor was interviewed by Myles from The #Trending20, that airs Weeknights 7-10pm on 104.4 Virgin Radio Dubai. You can check out the full interview in the video above, below are some highlights:

* Balor talked about the past month, and said that while some people that it was too long, "it was worth the wait." He said if it had happened sooner, he might have not been as prepared or self confident with his own abilities.

* He said leaving NXT was bittersweet. He said that he still has a lot of friends there but "onwards and upwards."

* Balor was asked about people saying that NXT wouldn't be the success that it is without him. He said that it's humbling, but he disagrees and says that what they did at NXT was "a huge team effort." He said that he was lucky to be in the right place at the right time, and a lot of circumstances fell in his favor.

* Balor said that he was once talking with his friends about his ideal first night on the main roster. One of his friends suggested that it would be great if he wrestled Chris Jericho on his first night, but Balor said that he wants to go out and beat Roman Reigns, which ended up happening.

* When asked about Daniel Bryan and Shane McMahon ripping on the "Universal Championship" name, Balor seemed surprised and said that he hadn't heard of it. He said people can criticize, but "there's always gonna be haters, but I'm gonna still do my thing."
