Charlotte is undoubtedly one of the best female wrestlers on the WWE roster. She has continued her father's legacy of excellence, with four reigns as Women's Champion in her young career. Flair had high praise for Charlotte and said he believes she is one of the best wrestlers, male or female, in the world today.

"I can't put it in words. She is 'it,'" Flair said. "To me, and I'll say this to anybody, she's in the top-three workers in the business right now. The only two that I think are better than her, I won't say they're better than her but they have more experience, are (Randy) Orton and (AJ) Styles. Maybe Seth Rollins. But in terms of athletic ability, work ethic, and workouts and her gimmick and everything."

Charlotte is most recently challenged for the SmackDown Women's Championship against Natalya at Hell In A Cell, but was unsuccessful. Despite having most of her success as a heel, her character underwent a babyface-turn when she joined the SmackDown Live roster. Flair said he prefers for Charlotte to play a heel, but he's enjoyed how she has adjusted to her new role.

"I hate her being a on the good side because she's a much better heel, but she's adjusted," he said. "She's kind of like right now a John Cena of the company, which is not a bad spot to have."
