WWE HOFer Hulk Hogan's Son Nick Suing Bubba The Love Sponge To Block Documentary

WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan died a little over a month ago, but his name continues to be in the news cycle for controversial reasons. One of the biggest scandals Hogan faced in his life was the infamous leaked sex tape between him and the then-wife of his friend Bubba The Love Sponge, in which he infamously made his racist remarks.

Recently, Bubba announced that he'd be releasing his own documentary about the controversy titled "Video Killed The Radio Star: The Untold Story Of The Hulk Hogan Sex Tape Scandal" later this month, however, Hogan's son, Nick, has taken legal action against the radio host according to "TMZ." The report claims that Nick is suing Bubba on the basis that the documentary infringes on Hogan's copyrights and trademarks, which he — as the representative for his father's estate — states includes unauthorized images from the aforementioned sex tape.

In Nick's suit, he claims that there are clips from the video already used in Bubba's trailer for the documentary and that the radio host has been promoting it using Hogan's trademarks without permission. On top of this, Nick also brought up that release of the documentary would violate the settlement agreement Bubba and Hogan entered into in 2012. Despite this, the details of the settlement agreement are redacted and still unknown to the public.

Interestingly, Bubba has been airing several episodes on his podcast talking about Hogan, as well as more than one interview with his daughter, Brooke.
