WWE Raw Results 8/3 - We Hear From Roman Reigns, Fallout From SummerSlam 2026 & More

Welcome to Wrestling Inc.'s results for "WWE Raw" on August 3, 2026, coming to you live from the Casey's Center in Des Moines, Iowa!

Coming off his successful defense of the World Heavyweight Championship against his former Shield stablemate Seth Rollins at WWE SummerSlam Sunday last night, Roman Reigns will be making an appearance on tonight's show with something on his mind to share. 

As of writing, nothing else has been officially advertised for tonight's episode of "Raw". However, Big Cass' return to WWE has also previously been set for tonight in a series of videos that have teased his return to the company that have aired on "Raw" over the last several weeks. 

With SummerSlam Saturday and SummerSlam Sunday now in the history books after this past weekend, we will surely be seeing some fallout from the two night Premium Live Event. SummerSlam Saturday featured a total of six matches including Liv Morgan retain her Women's World Championship against IYO SKY, Oba Femi emerge victorious against Brock Lesnar in a Hell in a Cell Match, and Royce Keys, Solo Sikoa, and LA Knight score a win against The Bloodline's Jacob Fatu, Jimmy Uso, and Jey Uso in a Six Man Tag Team Match. Chad Gable also dethroned Penta as Intercontinental Champion, and Danhausen defeated Dominik Mysterio in a Human Monies on a Pole Match as part of the six match card on SummerSlam Sunday.

We are live! The show kicks off with a video recapping some of the events of SummerSlam Saturday and SummerSlam Sunday.

Michael Cole and Corey Graves then greet audiences at home as Roman Reigns makes his way to the ring.

Reigns tells Des Moines to acknowledge him, then says he's a man of his word and says he called his shot. He says he delivered and also promised to save WWE by winning the 2026 Men's Royal Rumble, which he did. He says he owned the summer and says he beat Seth Rollins last night, then says he knows that stings in Iowa where Rollins is from. He says Rollins is his brother and they may have found some peace, but he can only acknowledge so much. He raises the microphone in an effort to get Iowa to sing Rollins' song, but LA Knight's music hits and he makes his way out.

Knight says he wants to talk to the fans and congratulates Reigns on his SummerSlam Sunday win which he achieved alone. He says Reigns is still a fraud and says he's been calling out Reigns for months. He says instead of answering, Reigns sends The Bloodline after him and says Reigns owes him. He says he wants Reigns one-on-one with no Bloodline interference whenever Reigns wants to, then says the only right answer is yeah.

Reigns asks Knight what he's done to earn a World Heavyweight Championship shot and tells everyone in the back that they don't get title shots by complaining. He tells Knight to get to the back of the line and leaves, but Knight stops Reigns and says all Reigns has done is use numbers and sneak attacks against guys like him. He says he's lightning in a bottle and everything Reigns wishes he could be.

Je'Von Evans then makes his way to the ring. Ethan Page follows. 

The bell rings and Evans rolls up Page. Page kicks out, but Evans catches Page with a boot and flies over the top rope to take out Page on the outside. He ascends to the top rope back inside the ring and delivers a crossbody to Page, but Page sends Evans crashing back out of the ring.

Page fires off right hands and stomps on Evans back in the ring during the commercial break, then sends him crashing into the mat with a back suplex. He wears down Evans with a submission hold and lands a right hand on his spine back from the break, but Evans delivers a spinning kick to Page and follows it up with a clothesline to him off the top rope.

Evans dumps Page into the timekeeper's area over the barricade and flies to connect with a clothesline on him. Page responds with an over the shoulder powerslam on Evans and pins him, but Evans kicks out and Page dumps out of the ring. The referee then catches Page trying to expose the top turnbuckle, opening the door for Evans to leap frog over Page from behind as he argues with the referee and connects with an OG Cutter on him for the win.

Winner: Je'Von Evans

After the match, Big Cass appears out of nowhere and blindsides Evans with a boot. He runs over him with a clothesline, then cinches in a Bear Hug on Evans and delivers East River Crossing to him. 

We then head backstage, where Roman Reigns chews out Jacob Fatu and The Usos for their SummerSlam Saturday loss. Reigns tells Fatu that he keeps hearing Royce Keys is Fatu's family, but tells Fatu to trust no one because The Bloodline is the only family they have. Jimmy Uso asks Reigns if he wants The Bloodline to go after LA Knight, but Reigns says they already had their shot and tells them not to touch him. 

Inside the men's locker room, Keys says himself and Fatu fought all over the independent scene and are family. Fatu tells Keys that he isn't his brother or family, but just one of the boys and challenges him to a Street Fight tonight. 

The ladies of Judgment Day then make their way to the ring. 

Morgan says the live crowd are in the presence of the greatest Women's World Champion of all time, then says the live crowd already knew that and says she retained her title against IYO SKY at SummerSlam Saturday. She says SKY is the only woman who's been brave enough to challenge her and says she doesn't see any challengers, then introduces the new Women's Intercontinental Champion in Raquel Rodriguez. She gives Roxanne Perez props for helping Rodriguez dethrone Sol Ruca and says Perez will embarrass Sol Ruca in their match up next. Ruca then makes her way to the ring.

The bell rings and Perez sends Ruca crashing into the mat face first. She jams her boot into Ruca's throat, but Ruca whips her into the corner spine first and charges at her. Perez moves out of the way, but Ruca sends her crashing into the mat face first and delivers a shotgun dropkick to her. She goes for a pin, but Perez kicks out and Ruca cinches in a Bow and Arrow submission on her.

Perez escapes the hold, but Ruca dumps her back in the ring and ascends to the top rope. Perez sends Ruca crashing into the mat as Ruca does a cartwheel off the top rope to begin targeting her left arm, then stomps on Ruca's hand during the commercial break. She sends Ruca's left arm bouncing off the ring post and dumps her back in the ring, then wears her left arm with a submission hold.

Ruca looks to land a facebuster on Perez back from the break, but Perez lands on her feet. Ruca catches Perez with a second facebuster, and Rodriguez distracts the referee. Morgan trips Ruca as she looks to land a Sol Snatcher on Perez, causing the referee to call for the bell and Perez to land a Pop Rox on Ruca.

Winner: Sol Ruca (via disqualification)

After the match, Rodriguez delivers a Texana Bomb to Ruca. Before Judgment Day can continue beating down Ruca, Becky Lynch's music hits and she makes her way out. Lynch tells Rodriguez she's not coming for the Women's Intercontinental Championship, but Morgan's Women's World Championship. She says she wants to make sure it isn't 100 days before Morgan defends her title on television again, then says Morgan has become a glorified valet and says a women's champion should be fighting instead of flirting. She says Morgan's reign has been the worst of all time.

Morgan says Lynch should be 'at home being a mother' and accuses Lynch of being jealous, but Lynch says Morgan isn't the greatest women's champion in her group or greatest one to sleep with Dominik Mysterio. Stephanie Vaquer's music hits and she runs through Perez and Rodriguez, then rains down right hands on Morgan in the ring and stares down Lynch.

We then head backstage, where Oba Femi admits to Paul Heyman he never got to thank him for the things Brock Lesnar said about him after their Hell in a Cell Match at SummerSlam Saturday. He asks Heyman if he'll thank Lesnar, and Heyman says he will. Femi and Heyman then shake hands, and Femi makes his way to the ring. 

Femi says words can't even describe how he's felt after SummerSlam Saturday. He says himself and Brock Lesnar came out of their Hell in a Cell Match with a newfound respect for each other and says he thought Lesnar knew he was the one when he beat him at WWE WrestleMania 42. He says he thought Lesnar was jealous by scoring a win against him at WWE Clash in Italy, but he now realizes Lesnar had to come back to see if he chose right. He says he entered Hell in a Cell with a dangerous man and Lesnar held him in the deepest depth of the ocean, but he swam up and passed the test. Femi says with the torch Lesnar has passed to him, he'll lead a new generation and new crop of talent. He says the old guard will fall and if anyone has a problem with that, they will answer to him.

The Vision then makes their way to the ring, with Bron Breakker staring down Femi on the entrance ramp. 

The bell rings and Hendry yells at Breakker when Breakker has his back turned to him looking up the entrance ramp. Breakker runs over Hendry with a clothesline, but Hendry sends Austin Theory crashing into the ring steps. Breakker tries blindsiding Hendry, but Hendry ducks out of the ring and Breakker is sent crashing into the ring steps shoulder first. Hendry sends Theory crashing over the announce desk, but Breakker blindsides Hendry with a spear for the win.

Winner: Bron Breakker

After the match, Breakker storms up the entrance ramp as Theory beats down Hendry. Akira Tozawa comes to Hendry's aid and takes out Theory by sending him crashing out of the ring.

We then head backstage, where Jackie Redmond catches up with Big Cass. Cass tells Je'Von Evans he's not the first body he plans on taking out or the last. 

Back at ringside, Chad Gable makes his way out. 

Gable says he's not a guy who deserves things but earns them, then thanks Penta for their SummerSlam match and the fans for sticking by his side. He says he crawled through a river of crap and came out clean on the other side to deliver his promise. He says he's proud to be the new Intercontinental Champion, but Penta's music cuts him off and he makes his way out.

Penta tells Gable that he deserves the Intercontinental Championship and says they stole the show last night, then gives Gable his flowers. He says Gable has made mistakes, but he's changed. Penta extends his hand to Gable, but Dominik Mysterio's music hits and he makes his way to the ring with JD McDonagh. He says he's the "King of the Luchadors", the greatest Mysterio of all time, and the AAA Mega Champion. McDonagh questions why Iowa would cheer for Gable, prompting Gable to challenge Dominik and McDonagh to a tag team match on behalf of himself and Penta. Dominik accepts.

Dominik and Gable begin the action. The bell rings and the two lock up. Penta tags in and pins Dominik, but Dominik kicks out and Penta delivers a kick to his thigh. McDonagh tags in and pins Penta, but Penta kicks out and Dominik tags back in.

Gable tags in on his side and ascends to the top rope, then delivers a double clothesline to Dominik and McDonagh.

Gable and Penta send Dominik and McDonagh crashing out of the ring with superkicks, and Penta flies over the top rope with a tope con hilo to take out both men on the outside. Dominik tags in during the commercial break and jams his knee into Gable's neck. Gable and McDonagh tag in, and Gable delivers a diving headbutt to McDonagh back from the break.

Penta and Dominik tag back in. Penta delivers a hurricanrana and a backbreaker to Dominik, then follows it up with a Penta Driver and goes for a pin. McDonagh breaks the fall, but Gable tags in and looks to land a moonsault on Dominik. Dominik gets his knees up, but Gable cinches in an Ankle Lock on him. Dominik tries to escape, but Gable keeps it cinched in.

McDonagh breaks the hold, but Penta sends McDonagh crashing out of the ring and delivers a superkick to him on the outside. He follows it up with a Mexican Destroyer as Dominik slides the ring bell hammer into his boot. He looks to dial it up for a 619, but Gable catches it and pulls the ring bell hammer out of Dominik's boot. As the referee disposes of the ring bell hammer, Dominik delivers a jawbreaker to Gable off the top rope. Penta responds by using the ropes to take out Dominik, and Gable follows it up with a rolling German suplex for the win.

Winner: Chad Gable and Penta

We then head backstage, where Bron Breakker tells Paul Heyman that Oba Femi got in his way and he wants to do something about it. Heyman tells Breakker that he should, but Breakker asks Heyman where Femi is. Heyman responds by asking Breakker how he would know that, and Breakker calls Femi the new best friend of Heyman. 

Jacob Fatu then makes his way to the ring. Royce Keys follows. 

The bell rings and Fatu whips Keys into the corner. Fatu charges at Keys, but Keys moves out of the way to send Fatu crashing into the corner. He sends Fatu crashing over the ring steps on the outside of the ring, but Fatu sends Keys crashing into the ring post. Keys then sends Fatu crashing through the barricade near the timekeeper's area and grabs several chairs from under the ring before he dumps them inside.

Keys rains down right hands on Fatu and sends him crashing into the ring steps, then dumps more chairs into the ring and cracks a kendo stick across Fatu's shoulder and spine. Fatu grabs hold of the kendo stick and hits Keys with it, then sets up two chairs face-to-face and looks to suplex Keys on top of them. Keys turns things around to suplex Fatu on top of both of the chairs and pins him, but Fatu kicks out.

Fatu delivers a DDT to Keys on top of the pile of chairs in the ring, then throws several of the chairs on top of Keys and uses one of them to jam into Keys' neck. Keys delivers a powerslam to Fatu off the middle rope and goes for a pin, but Fatu kicks out and Keys catches him with a spinebuster.

Keys charges at Fatu, but Fatu sends Keys crashing through a table set up in the corner of the ring with a Samoan Drop. He follows it up with a moonsault off the top rope and cinches in the Tongan Death Grip on Keys. Keys fades.

Winner: Jacob Fatu

After the match, Fatu keeps the Tongan Death Grip cinched in on Fatu until the referee calls for officials to make their way out and Fatu releases the hold. He decides to lock the Tongan Death Grip back in on Keys and lands a pair of Hip Attacks on him, then slides a chair around Keys' neck. Adam Pearce and more officials run out to try calming down Fatu, but Fatu delivers another Hip Attack to Keys using the chair.

Roman Reigns' music hits and he reemerges. He stares down Fatu from the top of the entrance ramp as he holds up the One symbol and Fatu does the same in the ring. Reigns heads back to the Gorilla Position, where he encounters Rey Mysterio. as the show goes off the air.
