Will Ospreay Reveals Immediate Aftermath Of AEW World Title Win At All In 2026

AEW All In London 2026 was the biggest night of Will Ospreay's career as he defeated Kenny Omega to win the AEW World Championship for the very first time. Ospreay also became the first English wrestler to win a world title on home soil, so it's only natural to think that the "Aerial Assassin" had a lot of celebrating to do in the immediate aftermath.

During a recent appearance on Chris Van Vliet's "Insight" podcast, Ospreay revealed that the hours following his Wembley Stadium triumph involved some medical attention, some donuts, and catching up with some old friends. 

"I didn't get out of the venue until about like half-past one in the morning..." Ospreay said. "I needed to go say thank you to Tony, go say thank you to everyone that was there, and then I got back to my locker room, just had a little bit of a moment. Medical came in and said 'We need to sort out your head because you've got a bunch of cuts and gashes everywhere." Ospreay explained that he needed to get seen to there as he would have been swarmed by fans had he tried to leave earlier, and he also needed to wash all of the blood out of his hair. "I went back to my hotel room, had three Krispy Kreme donuts, and then I met up with a few of my friends out in a bar."

Ospreay's friends were also in charge of organizing the official "Sweet Chin Disco" afterparty which he attended, though he almost didn't get let in the building due to him arriving at 3:30 in the morning. However, the promoter told him to enter through the side door which was only accessible by jumping over a small fence, and while he wasn't initially sure about hopping the fence, it was when he heard his own entrance music playing inside that he took the jump, and he would party through the night with both friends and fans while drinking a large amount of vodka.
