This past August at SummerSlam, Brie Bella broke her shoulder blade alongside Nikki Bella and Paige during their Six Woman Tag Team Match against Fatal Influence, and now that she's nearing an important date in her recovery, the 42-year-old has provided an update about her injury.

Speaking on "The Nikki & Brie Show," Bella shared that her shoulder is healing well, but is hoping to get clearance from the doctor to begin training again at the start of next month.

"Rehab's going good. Last week was tough on me because we did a lot of different crazy movements with the arm, but good ... I can get to 90 degrees," she explained. "It's tough, but we're getting there. And October 1st will be my big day. So, hopefully, bones are fusing ... I can start little workouts. That's been the hardest thing for me is I can only just go walking ... I'll like be honest, I'm very nervous for my first workout back and I'm talking about a workout because I was working out so hard doing wrestling practice, like all the things. And then I'm like, am I going to just be starting over? See that's just so crazy and that just kind of sucks."

Although Bella was hurt during the match with Fatal Influence, she didn't leave SummerSlam without making a statement, and she and her sister turned on Paige after their loss to the former "WWE NXT" stars. Despite The Bella Twins being unable to compete together for the time being due to the injury, Nikki Bella has been feuding with Paige since SummerSlam and just scored a win over the British star on "WWE SmackDown" last week.
