WWE SmackDown Ratings & Viewership Report: 9/11/2026
The September 11, 2026 edition of "WWE SmackDown" saw a slight fall in viewership, while the ratings remained steady for the show held in Mexico City.
The show, which aired from Arena CDMX, saw a decline in viewership from the previous week's show, dropping from 1.3 million for the September 4 show to 1.22 million for the September 11 event, as per "Wrestlenomics." Since the start of July, the Friday night show has drawn viewership between 1 million and 1.47 million, with the latter figure coming on the August 7 show, which was the first "SmackDown" after SummerSlam. The 1.22 million figure for last week's show was just marginally lower than the four-week average of 1.28 million.
The 18-49 rating, though, didn't change, remaining at 0.29, which is 0.01 higher than the four-week average.
The show, held in front of a raucous Mexican audience, was headlined by CM Punk and Sami Zayn, with the latter once again regaining the Undisputed WWE Championship, just two months after losing it to Punk. The Friday night event also saw three other title defenses, but all three champions walked away from Mexico City with their titles around their waists, as Chelsea Green retained against Nia Jax in her first defense of the WWE Women's Championship. The War Raiders and Rey Fenix also defended their respective AAA Tag Team and AAA Cruiserweight Championships and came away with wins.
