Former WCW, ECW, and WWE wrestler 2 Cold Scorpio (Charles Scaggs) was jailed on Thursday following a court appearance in Kansas City, where it was determined he violated his bond.

According to PWInsider, Scorpio was in court after prosecutors sought to revoke his bond. He admitted to brandishing a firearm, which violated his bond. Court notes say that the violation "is a danger to public safety".

In 2024, Scorpio was arrested following an incident at his workplace, a Love's Travel Shop in Kansas City, Missouri. According to reports, he was working as a security guard when he got into an altercation with a man. Scorpio says that he told the man to put out a lit cigarette. The man said that he did, but later admitted that it may not have been out. Scorpio admitted to stabbing the man, but claimed it was self-defense. The man was found in and out of consciousness with wounds to his head, chest, abdomen, legs, and buttocks. He claims Scorpio was the aggressor.

The men had reached a plea deal ahead of a scheduled trial, where Scorpio pleaded guilty to second degree assault along with criminal action. He is scheduled to be sentenced on October 9.

Scorpio had been active on the indies and last competed in August 2025 at GCW's joint show with JCW.
