Lola Vice Reacts To Joining WWE Raw: 'Doesn't Feel Real'

Lola Vice has discussed her journey to the WWE main roster and how she still finds it hard to believe that she's on "WWE Raw."

Vice was recently moved to the red brand after spending four years on "WWE NXT," and she said during an appearance on "Busted Open" that she hasn't yet come to terms with being part of the main roster.

"Yeah, I mean, it just still doesn't feel real to me. But I grounded myself because I spent four and a half years in NXT, and I feel like I earned it. And even on Monday when I went out there to talk, I just stood for a second, and I was like, 'Wow, I'm on Monday Night Raw. I can't believe this.' It's so exciting, and I'm just so happy to see what's to come," she said.

Vice, a former NXT Women's Champion, said that she was confident ahead of her move to the main roster after spending several years in "NXT" and more recently in AAA. She thinks that the time on the developmental brand was necessary for her to develop her character.

"That's one thing I felt as I knew I was ready, and I knew I was prepared, and I got in a lot of experience in NXT and AAA. So when I got the call, I was like, 'Okay, this feels like the right moment for me mentally and physically at my best.' And if it would have been way before, I wouldn't have been ready and had so much experience like I have now. So I feel like I am developed in my character and I'm ready to grow on the main roster."

The former MMA star had said goodbye to both AAA and "NXT" in August in anticipation of her main roster call-up. Her main roster career, meanwhile, has gotten off to a great start, as she won her first match, a Money in the Bank qualifying match, by defeating Raquel Rodriguez and Kelani Jordan.
