AEW paid tribute to late star Pac on "AEW Dynamite," which featured an emotional 10-man tag team main event, with the return of Bryan Danielson to reconcile with the Death Riders. Wardlow also made his return to the Don Callis Family after it was teased at AEW All Out, but he couldn't help lead his team to victory.

The bout, which pit Wheeler Yuta, Claudio Castagnoli, Daniel Garcia, Gabe Kidd, and Danielson against Wardlow, Lance Archer, Mark Davis, Jake Doyle, and Josh Alexander, started off as more of a brawl as soon as Danielson's music hit.

Danielson hit a knee drop to the back of Alexander's head, and Castagnoli followed up with a swing before Yuta finished off the sequence with a dropkick. Davis and Archer tried to isolate Yuta in the ring before attempting to take out as many Death Riders from their corner as they could.

Yuta was able to tag in Danielson, who took out the DCF to go one-on-one with Alexander. He connected with an elbow off the ropes, then hit the "Yes!" kicks. Alexander dodged a roundhouse kick and got Danielson into an ankle lock, but the "American Dragon" quickly countered into the Lebell Lock.

Wardlow powerbombed Garcia and squared up to Castagnoli, but ate an uppercut off the middle rope. After a flurry of offense from both teams, Danielson and Yuta hit double Busaiku knees, but the heels still gained the upper hand. Archer tried to choke Marina Shafir, but she locked in an armbar over the ropes, and Garcia dumped Archer out of the ring.

Garcia hit his signature dance in the corner to taunt Doyle, who then took a train of uppercuts from the Death Riders. In the end, Kidd hit a lariat and Garcia got Doyle in a sharpshooter while Castagnoli hit a stomp, allowing for Garcia to get the pin.
