Je'Von Evans had one of the spots of the night when he landed through an ambulance at WWE Money in the Bank, but Bully Ray argued that another spot eclipsed it.

Evans competed in the men's Money in the Bank match alongside eventual winner Penta, CM Punk, Trick Williams, Bron Breakker, and Kevin Owens. During the match, Evans was wheeled away but returned to the ring in an ambulance and got his revenge on Breakker by landing punches, which greatly impressed Ray.

"There was a moment in time in that match that meant more to me, for Je'Von Evans and his future, than that spot. When he pulls up to the ring, and Bron Breakker looks inside the driver's side, and Je'Von opens that door with such force, Bron Breakker goes flying, did you see Je'Von Evans when he jumped out of that ambulance and started beating the sh*t out of Bron Breakker?" asked Ray on "Busted Open." "There was so much intent behind those fists flying. We talk about the art of the run-in, or we talk about, you know, making everything mean something. I felt Je'Von Evans in that moment, more than I felt him in the entire match."

Ray believes that babyfaces like Evans can get the crowd behind them more with just a few punches, reiterating how that meant more than his fall through the ambulance.

"A babyface can only rely on his fists. That's all a babyface needs at the end of the day is his fists. And the way Je'Von's fists were flying made me believe in him more than any other spot in that match. And that's why less is more," he added.

The Hall of Famer praised Evans for looking determined and making his punches seem convincing. Evans' night ended on a brutal note, as Breakker threw him from the top of the ladder onto the ambulance just minutes after he landed multiple punches on him. Breakker continued the assault on the following episode of "WWE Raw," spearing an already injured Evans.
